PK Electric

We have used PK Electric in the past and always been pleased with their service. Alas, this time was a total washout and we will not call them again. I called to set up an appointment and the lady that answered the phone said that one of her electricians was on vacation, but would be back in a week and she would call then. One week went by with no call, so I called again and she said her computer was not working and she would call back soon. When I called back the next day we set up an appointment for Thursday Nov. 5 in the afternoon. When no one showed up or called, I called again and this call and several subsequent calls went straight to voice mail. None of these were ever returned despite leaving our contact number.

The lights are back on, and while my wife was prepare to bathe by candlelight, she appreciated having working lights in the bathroom for the weekend. :-)

They were okay. I purchased two hours of work and got about an hour and a half. The materials were priced like at three times what I would have paid if I had bought them in a hardware store. We haven't had any issues with the work.

He was very prompt and worked hard to get it done for us. Very good service.

The electricians that were sent out were fantastic. So easy to work with and talk to. They did a great job installing two exterior lights where there had not been any previously. We will call them again.

The electrician, Eugene, was very courteous, and the price seems very reasonable. Per work proposal: "Actual billing of labor will be $135 for 1st hour and $95 per hour (prorated) for additional hours.... Changes to this proposal must meet $135.00 minimum charge per visit." 1 hour labor at $135 7 additional hours labor at $95 Labor cost: $800 8 GFCI receptacles 4 switches 1 remodel box 1 breaker Cost of materials: $108.50 Sales tax, Seattle (9.6%) $87.22 Total cost for 8 hours of labor, materials, and tax: $995.72 My phone and Internet service were down at times, so I cannot evaluate responsiveness prior to the actual day of service.

Eugene and Jose were helpful, skilled and hardworking ....and fun to work with. The owners Michelle and Andy were professional and personable. They helped make our new house with major remodel a home.

The work was extensive and took about 8 hours to complete including digging out the line to splice into under the patio.

The woman who answered the phone who happens to be the wife of the owner was extremely rude and condescending. I asked if I could speak with an electrician because I had questions about what needed to be done and she said "what!!!you can't talk to a woman." I gave her the benefit of the doubt based on the ratings on Angie's list and had the electrician come out to do the work. About one week after the work was completed the breaker blew and I couldn't get it to go back on. I called and asked to speak with the electrician. The same woman refused to allow me to speak with him. Then she put her husband on the phone who is the owner and he was equally as rude. I ended up calling another company. I would not recommend this company.

Electrician was scheduled for early morning, arrived late afternoon but worked rapidly and efficiently to complete work in allotted time. Would use again, just don't expect them to arrive on time.

It went very well. The person was on time and had a reasonable price. They cleaned up after themselves and even helped to put the stove back in place.

Absolutely fantastic. Electrical was professional and quick, but communicated with me throughout. Overall an excellent experience- will definitely use again.

Have found my favorite electrical company?.the owner, office staff and electrician were great. I will use this company for all of my electrical needs in the future. Just what I wanted and needed!

Communication was excellent from the start. Phone calls were answered and messages were returned right away. They were able to schedule my job within a week, gave me a time for arrival and showed up right on time. Awesome! Eugene listened to what I wanted, asked a few questions and got right to work. When he was finished he cleaned up the area. If he hadn't had another job scheduled I would have kept him for 2 more hours to work on a few other things I've been putting off. They have a 2 hour special running right now and I'm about to pick up another one. It's really nice to have an electrician you can count on to be so available and reliable.

One of the best home repair/maintenance experienced ever! The electrician agreed to work late to fit our job into our time frame. Arrived exactly on time. We purchased the-two hours Angies deal, and he got to work quickly, efficiently, professionally. He swapped out our old chandelier for our new one, which was a glass art piece. It went very smoothly with enough time left over to install a new electrical outlet in the bathroom and exchanged two old motion sensor lights outside. He was clearly trying to do all of this within the two hour Angies deal and went over by 15 minutes. That's a lot of work in two hours and 15 minutes? It then They charged an extra $45 for the extra 15 minutes plus parts. A very good value.

The provider did a terrific job with our home audio wiring installation, and also advised on a wiring issue independent of the job. I plan to use the provider again for larger electrical projects at our home.

Michelle was incredibly patient. She put us in contact with a electrician to talk through the issue and was able to get someone scheduled for that day. We could not be there at the time the person could come, so we didn't actually do the service yet, but her demeanor and their helpfulness was so extraordinary I felt compelled to give them a review. :)

Thanks so much to PK Electric for outstanding service! They were prompt and courteous. It took their technician about 5 minutes, after we had surveyed the situation together, to locate the tripped GFCI (which was hidden behind a bunch of boxes) and reset it! He's a Wizard! Plus I had him replace a switch that was going bad for the light in question. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again for any project involving electrical work.
