We had had horrendous small ant problems for several years and had just been trying to deal with it ourselves. They (the ants) came back very soon and every year. When Pest Fighter had an Angie's List Big Deal, I decided to try them out. The experience we had was very positive. Adam came to the house and did a very thorough inspection and application of ant killer. The application was guaranteed for 90 days. When we saw ants reappear after two plus months, we called Pest Fighter again. Adam returned and reapplied where necessary. He recommended that we have another application done in the fall, which we did not do. So far, this spring, we have not seen more than 1 or 2 ants, but it the army returns, we will definitely call Pest Fighter.

We expended about $4500 to get all the work done and are completely satisfied.

Their price was reasonably good and I had no problems with them. Price was part of Angie's List big deal. I have no problems with ants now which were my wife's concerns and the reason to hire them.

On Sunday, we discovered a football size yellow jacket nest in the eve of our house near a bedroom window. While it wasn't an emergency, it was definitely a top priority to get it removed. I didn't want to wait more than 24 hours. I called several places that had "24 hour service" but I got voicemail instead. Pest Fighter did not have 24 hour service but they were the only ones that I called to have a person answer the phone on a Sunday. They came out on Monday morning and took care of the problem.

I checked their website to make sure they serviced Snohomish County, which they do, so I called to make sure they could exterminate the kind of ants we are dealing with. I told the man on the phone that I was considering purchasing the Angie's List deal and he said he had to call somebody to see if they would come to where we live and call me back. He called me a little bit later and said they would come, but they wouldn't honor the Angie's List price because it "wasn't supposed to still be up." He offered me a price that was much higher. Bottom line, their website says they service Snohomish county, they have a deal listed on Angie's List. They should have had no problem honoring that deal for me.

They were very responsive to our needs, and suggested an additional treatment which I thought was a good idea. Also, they guarantee their work.

Adam Truitt serviced my home yesterday and I could not be happier with the work he performed. In addition to my grading Adam with A's in each of the categories involved, I wish to emphasize his responsiveness and eagerness to please the customer. An example, when I told him about having roaches, and without asking him to do so, he applied anti-roach treatment also at no extra cost.

They were very responsive and came in spite of the rains. They sprayed inside and outside the house. They were professional and reasonably priced. They also advised to come out any number of times, if the ants still showed up, for free of cost. I recommend their services and will continue to use them in future.

We are happy with their service so far. I last used their service two weeks ago. Everything went very well. The guy who came for the job was absolutely as personable as could be. He knew what he was talking about. He answered our questions. We are now having problems with ants, but we have called him and he is going to take care of that and he will follow through.

They are a very good company. We have been rodent free for two months. Adam Truitt was the fellow that was in charge and they did a very good job and continue to check in to make sure that everything is going along so I was very pleased with them. It took a little longer but we had a bad problem. The price was very reasonable.
