+ 6 moreLisa, the other half of 'DL' helped us with colors, tiles, floors, lights. This house is a rental in a nice neighborhood. We gave Lisa our ideas on what we wanted the house to look like, and she found everything necessary to make it happen. The place looks so good we already have an interested renter, and we haven't even advertised! Lisa and David were very conscious of concerns regarding cost. Without skimping on quality, the final product did not (quite) break the bank. I only say quite, facetiously, since we had a lot of work done! It looks like an almost new house throughout the inside. We have already signed David up to do some work on our personal residence, and plan to call them back in the future, as soon as we are ready.
Description of Work: David did a lot of updating throughout our 3000 sq ft house: Kitchen counters, cabinet fronts (subbed out), some new appliances, new sink, new wood floor (and into entry), removed/covered wallpaper, painted, removed popcorn ceiling replaced with knockdown, refurbished or replaced a lot of woodwork, updated lighting (subbed electric out), closet doors, updated three bathrooms with tile, counters, lights, paint, fixtures, cabinets. There was some work done in every room, although some rooms had a lot more work than others.

+ 5 moreEvery time David has great attention to detail, truly cares about making sure the job is done right and that we are happy with the finished results. David and Lisa are both very honest, hardworking individuals and we appreciate all of the hard work that they put in to help us remodel our rental homes. DL Home Construction will definitely be the first company we call when we have homes that need repair/remodel work done.
Description of Work: David has completed many different jobs for us....things like re-laying subfloor, drywall repairs, installed new kitchen cabinets, tile bathtub surrounds, installed laminate flooring, textured drywall, interior painting, siding/trim work, installed new windows, repaired roofs, installed new doors and door frames and much more.

+ -1 moreThey put the gutter right across the front porch. I don’t remember how much we paid them. We have used them earlier and we were happy with their work then and hence we called them again. Sometimes they were working in other places and they did not get back to us on time. I would use them in the future..
