Description of Work: We had excellent support from Lloyd, arriving on time with all the necessary equipment. We had two Persian carpets that had been in storage for six years and had line marks on them. Lloyd took a close at them and did the appropriate cleaning. Because of their value, he suggested if we were not satisfied with the cleaning to take the carpets to oriental rug experts Kirishian Rugs, in downtown Spokane to assess if there was damage. Lloyd was a true professional, provided value-added services, and we would use him again.

He has always done a great job, is fair in his prices and shows up when he says he will. He not only cleans the air ducts but also cleans the furnace and sanitizes it. I have been very pleased with this company for a long time and will continue to call on him when I need carpet cleaning, etc.
