Description of Work: I talked to Joel and asked for a consultation on my lawn and what services he would recommend to revitalize it. He said he would stop by the property and look at it and then get back to me and even asked for my email address.

+ -1 moreIt's awesome and wonderful. They've been very nice to work with and the plan eventually worked. He sat down at the table and talked about what would work and what would we've been thinking about. He also gave us alternatives for our yard and not just trying to sell it for money. They followed what we wanted and he helped us achieve our goals rather than selling stuffs we didn't need. We went for what we wanted, He gave us a budget and we paid that. He's definitely wise and takes along to get there. He's willing to work with you and your budget and trying to get his business up. He also has contractors that if he couldn't do it, he'll tell you and going to tap that out. He's willing to tell you what a quality work is and what's not. We really like him but sometimes there's a little delay in terms of communication.
Description of Work: Greenscape provided me a landscaping service and they gave us a bid. I used them for landscape design and architect.

+ -1 moreSo glad to have this repair done. Last company I contacted this summer, in July told me they would get me an estimate (never got it) then they said they would come out in August to repair ( never called me back and I called them 2 x) never heard from them. Guess they have enough business.
Description of Work: They returned our call for an appointment ASAP. Once they were out they addressed everything they could do and what they would have to look into. The main problem was a broken sprinkler line. He came up with a plan and emailed me the estimate that evening. I called the next day an scheduled the repair and it was scheduled for the following Monday (today). The estimate was not clear but decipherable. So today they got here on time and finished the work in great time. Mid range of the estimated time for the job. Both guys were hard working and professional.

Description of Work: They have very professional employees, they do fantastic work. They do all phases of lawn and yard services. I have them mow, fertilize and prune weed my flower beds. Sprinkler turn on/off as well. They also do snow blowing and deicing.

+ -1 moreGave me an estimate over the phone utilizing Google earth for application amount, Bill I received was lower do to the amount required. Google earth at least gave them an idea for a quote but the lower rate was even better.
Description of Work: I've tried two other companies in the past. The past couple of years I treated the lawn myself because I couldn't see much difference between my application and theirs. Neighbor on one side was using one of my past companies to fertilize and a neighbor on the other side of the house was using Greenscape. I home fertilized around the same time the other Greenscape and the competitor had. I also laid down some extra iron. Well, Greenscape fertilizer out lasted and made the lawn greener than I could and beat the competitor on both counts.

Heard from our landscape designer that they were not interested in doing the job in phases - only that they were interested in doing the job all at once. Failed to return telephone calls. Failed to return the detailed landscape drawing from the designer.
Description of Work: Company originally came out promptly for initial consult and to retrieve blueprint from landscape designer, then failed to return large landscape design drawing. Did not return calls.

+ 0 moreThey can basically do anything that pertains to landscaping and yard work. The quality of their work is superb. Anytime I have a question or an issue on something pertaining to my lawn they would immediately respond to me. If I don't get them by phone I would leave them a message and they would call me right back. They are also good when it comes to communication by e-mail. They charge me weekly.
Description of Work: I use Greenscape for landscaping. They mow and do weeding once a week.
