There were no delays no call backs the job was professionally done correct the first time in a very timely matter on every single job he did he has done a lot of roofs for me and my family recently and years past. It was a pleasure to have and his crew do the awesome jobs they have done. I just can not say enough on how nice of work John has done for me. Extremely reliable honest and timely. Am positive I will hire him again in the future. Everyone I know that has seen his work here says how nice it looks. I am very proud of all the work he has done here it was worth the investment.
Description of Work: John Easter installed a metal roof on on my 28 x 70 manufactured home as well as my carport 26 x 30 and deck 14 x 45 and another mobile I own next door to me as well as that carport and and a large shed garage here he did a perfect very timely job great communication on all aspects of the job and him as well as his employes very honest and hard workers. Job site was cleaned up . Was so happy called him back and him even replace the skirting on the manufactured home with metal and I love all the work he has preformed. Was so happy with his work have had him replace my moms house roof in Olympia as well as her carport and very large garage. The mental roofs look awesome and match the homes very well. Also in Elma have two more mobiles and two more car ports that he put metal roofs on. Outstanding jobs on all of them when I get ready to have more roofs done john Easter is the one I will call.

This recent job is the 66th carport/storage installation completed over a 10 year period, ForestView Senior Mfg. Housing Community in McCleary. John Easter Roofing previously installed custom snap lock metal roof for our 2-story Managers home, Community mail box structure, garage and water-system pump house. Lastly, John Easter Roofing has installed over 28+ custom metal roofs for owners of manufactured homes in our Community. The work completed was great and John Easter Roofing is one of the best!
Description of Work: John Easter Roofing installed a "custom snap-lock metal roof" over a large carport/storage shed combo. The metal roof is composed of long individual strips of metal custom cut to the length of the carport, it is then bent on site to form channels for the water run-off. Each strip of metal is then "snapped tightly" over the adjoining metal strip previously installed until the entire roof is covered. A fascia strip wa then installed around the entire roof to complete the job. White color was selected to co-ordinate with all of the structures and to deflect the suns rays. The old roofing material was hauled away and job site left clean.
