TERRIBLE !!! BE WARE. I was on a time line of getting the wood floor done in 3 weeks, wanted them done for Thanksgiving. one week to order and then scheduling was about a week out - I thought I was good to go. I laid out the samples and had others look it all over and see what would be the perfect choice. We found one out of about 10. Excited I called Veronica to order and guess what the one sample I chose is not thick enough to go with my current floors !!! I felt Veronica was in a hurry to get me out of the store as it was the end of her shift so she gave me samples that would not even work for me!! I am back to looking - not at this store - and now of course the floors will not be in by thanksgiving :( Oh and by the way my second choice is not thick enough either !!

The work was completed in five days, two of which required us to move out due to the application of Swedish finish. The sub who installed the hardwood did an outstanding job, such that it was impossible to see the new versus old hardwood, they blended so well. Mr. Van Dam did the installation of the 'Suntouch Flor Warming System" and ceramic tile overlay himself. His work was very percise and the end result flawless. The only comment I would make is, that after reading the materials that came with the "Suntouch Floor Warming System" they installed, the area covered by the heating system could have covered a larger area, as some areas of the floor, i.e by the entry door to the bath, remain cold to the touch. Mr. Van Dam was not the person who determined the size of the area to be heated as it was done by another employee. I would recommend anyone who has this type work done read the printed materials about the proposed floor heating system before making a decision as to how much of their floor should be covered by it. That said, my wife has learned to take a longer step when entering the bathroom to avoid the cold floor.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP OF ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED TO PUT IN THE TILE WORK IS SEVERAL PLACES IN MY NEW HOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEIR CRAFTSMAN.

THE GENTLEMAN ARRIVED AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND PERFORMED THE JOB WITHOUT LEAVING A MESS. HIS FINISHED PRODUCT WAS BEAUTIFUL, AND I WISH I HAD DONE IT EARLIER.
