Description of Work: Two contractors (not on Angies List) told us the whole house would need to be re-sided. They were obviously trying to get thousands of dollars out of my pocket. So I found Jason on the list and he came at my convenience. Carefully looked the entire house over and said only a couple of areas really needed changing. He expertly blended in the patches and recocked the entire house against leaks as it it now 18 years old. Ready to paint now. WILL use Jason when the time comes for the big job. Thanks Jason!!

+ -1 moreJason is a hell of a man - a fine, meticulous worker and a man of integrity and character. We received and accepted his written agreement - not estimate. He began work on the agreed-upon day and time, and as he got there, he advised that he had just let his assistant go. We offered to postpone starting until he had hired a replacement. "Nope, I can handle it." And he set to work. Over the course of the project, his son helped him remove siding, as did the kid of a friend. He replaced the fired guy with an experienced guy who worked well for about 4 days, and disappeared - poof! And Jason just kept on working. In the middle of it, he got a bad tooth ache and kept on working, save for 1/2 day to get it fixed. And would you believe, he missed one day when his wife had a baby on Saturday, and was back at it on Monday. Want a man of skill, integrity and good humor, a man who cleans up after himself daily and at the end - you want Jason. For sure. :).
Description of Work: We hired Jason to remove defective hardiplank from our 3 br 2.5 bath home and replace it with vinyl. Also included in the price were new gutters, painting of the exterior trim throughout the house, and the moving and installation of motion lights around the house as well as the installation of two large shop lights in the garage. During the project, we also asked him to paint the inside of the garage doors and when all was done, we had him use the siding pallets as the floor and he built us a covered wood shed using some left-over siding.

+ -1 moreMR. RESTEMEYER IS DEFINITELY SOMEONE THAT I WOULD HIRE AGAIN TO DO JUST ABOUT ANY HANDIWORK AROUND THE HOUSE. HE WAS RESPECTFUL OF MY SITUATION AND WAS TIMELY, AND RESPONSIVE, EVEN WHEN I ASKED HIM BACK TO FOLLOW UP ON SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T LOOK RIGHT.
Description of Work: THIRD PARTY INSTALLATION OF THE VINYL SIDING I PURCHASED FROM AMERICAN REMODELING. MR. RESTEMEYER INSTALLED FOR APPROXIMATELY 8 DAYS AND WAS METICULOUS ABOUT THE DETAILS, ALL THE WHILE BEING FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE TO ME, THE HOMEOWNER.
