+ -1 moreIt was requested a 50% deposit, I paid 100% with a 5-7 day wait. It took over 30 days to get the window installed as they got backed up. When it was installed, the owner was professional and courteous. Just the wait was ridiculous. I never heard from the company unless I called or went to the office to get a status.
Description of Work: I needed a double pane window replaced as one of the panes was broken.

Description of Work: TLC replaced a large, second floor window. The installer was very punctual, polite and professional. He took great care to make sure no glass spilled onto the carpet and cleaned up everything before leaving. Yes, I would recommend TLC Windows and Doors and will use their services again in the future.

+ -1 moreJim did a great job! We will never use another window man! Friendly, helpful advice, prompt service, and punctual.
Description of Work: Fixed two of our windows. One was simply off the track and was easily fixed and was done at no charge! The window was a staionary which had failed and was all clouded over with moisture inside the panes. We bought the window prior to the installation.

+ 0 moreIt was great, his prices were awesome compared to Bud Barton Glass here in Marysville, who was more than TWICE the cost estimate from TLC Windows and Doors!! Won't be useing Bud Barton Glass any time soon! Barton Glass has a good reputation but expensive for a Senior on a tight budget. Jim (the owner) offered several suggestions for care and mainteance, including how to remove the base track for cleaning, and then spraying that clean track with furniture polish so the windows slide easy and quiet, Great service!
Description of Work: Replaced glass that had failed and fogged up in our vinyl window.

+ -1 morePrompt. Very pleasant to deal with. In fact my mother-in-law,who resides in the house, even called the manager to inform him of how polite the crew was. Work was done so carefully that we may not even need to touch up paint on the trim.
