Josh Smit did a great job for me building a front porch over an existing cement slab with narrow cement steps leading up to the front door. This required some demolition of a part of the cement staircase to accommodate supports for the porch decking. He made recommendations regarding my design concept which I thought were very helpful. He provided me with a prompt estimate which had very reasonable pricing. His finished product is excellent and the new porch with Trek decking, cedar posts, railings, and staircase, makes the house entrance look great. He was always accessible for my questions, and got back to me promptly, and completed the work in a timely manner. I recommend him without reservations.

Jason repaired a bathroom floor and finished it with laminate tiles for us. Prior to hiring him, I had two other contractors come out to look at the job. Jason was the only one that was professional, thorough and honest enough to crawl under the house to see what the extent of the water damage was in order to provide an accurate plan and estimate for the cost of the repair. Jason completed the repairs and we are extremely happy with the results. I will definitely hire him in the future to do any home repairs or renovations that come up, and I have already recommended him to my friends.

I highly recommend Jason. We used him once and were so impressed that we hired him again for our next remodeling project.
