He did a great job. but what I paid per hour was high.

Sam did some adjusting on the valves and corrected the thumping noise that was occurring in the kitchen. Sam was very knowledgeable & helpful. I would definitely hire him again.

It went smoothly. Originally I only bought the sale coupon for one outdoor faucet replacement. After seeing Sam work on the first replacement, I decided to have him replace anothe one. I also asked him to install a kitchen faucet that I was planing to do on my own later. He has time and so I just had him do it. He did a good job and he also cleaned up well after he finished the job. Sam is very easy to talk to and friendly. Will hire him again later if I have plumbing work to do.

Had both faucets replaced. No problems. He was able to work with the Tenants schedule. Happy to have his help! Had little success with two other companies, as they didn’t have interest in Mobile Home repair.

Very well. I need to purchase a new toilet or just the tank to this toilet. I especially liked his honesty and how he took his time to show me some products he already had to help fix a few kitchen sink issues and how he was encouraging me to ask as many questions as I could think of. I agreed that the oxygenetics shower head I purchased was not as high quality as I had thought and hoped he would offer to re-install my original but as he pointed out there was an issue with the holder for the old one not being fixable, so that didn't go any further. Turns out I would have put up with that issue because this shower head under performs per it's claims and I don't enjoy using the shower any more. He gave me some quotes on installing a tub spout which I am currently without, and how to buy a stainless steel sink for the kitchen. I also didn't feel rushed or like he was in a terrible rush, which can make me nervous and prevents me from asking the right questions. I wish he would have been a little more careful with the water that inevitably gets all over when doing plumbing work and maybe putting on some type of protection over his shoes?

Sam Scilley of Resolution Plumbing knew exactly how to get it done and was very meticulous in his approach to the job. All accomplished within the quote provided. He also provided advice on an upcoming project we are planning.

Sam was great to work with, diagnosed the issue and made a recommendation on how to resolve the water leak (required HVAC company to add some ducting & a route the vent at an angle that prevented water from collecting in the existing ventilation system) and also successfully replaced an outdoor water spout that had not been working since we bought the home ~2 years ago.

Sam did exactly what I asked him to do, and the job looks great. He arrived on time and after explaining what I needed, got right to work. He even ballparked another job I'll need to do in the future. The total for the work was $386.50, less the Angie's List special.

It went very well! He was friendly, prompt, did good work and cleaned up well after himself. We especially appreciated that he listened to our concerns regarding the mystery sound and took the time to investigate it himself.

Sam showed up at the scheduled time and completed the job in an efficient fashion. We were impressed by the fact that he returned in a few days and added an improvement to the original rework.

Sam called to let us know he was on his way and gave us an time when he would arrive. He showed up right at the scheduled time and examined under the sink to see what needed to be done. Also listened to my concerns and what I wanted out of the project when it was all said and done. He gave me an estimate before I agreed for him to start the work. Finished in about 2 hours. Cleaned up everything and even cleaned up the mess that the previous sink installers left inside the sink drain area.

Responded quickly, got me in with short notice, did good work.

I had some very old faucets in the house, so old that no one makes them any more. Sam made recommendations as to parts, and performed the re-plumbing of both showers in the home. The work is excellent!

The work started with the coupon for the hose bibb (new exterior water faucet), but I knew there was more work to be completed than that one task. This was fortunate because Sam forgot some of the materials that were necessary to complete the work. If all I needed was the hose bibb, we would have had to reschedule due to lack of materials; however, we used the time to discuss the other plumbing tasks that the house needed. Sam also installed my new washer during his first visit to my home. Sam was very timely and came back the next Saturday after we scoped out the work. He installed a laundry sink in addition to the hose bibb. He also replaced the pressure reducer valve on the main water line and changed the pipe from the water heater relief valve so that it would drain into the new sink. He is knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I will hire him again for future plumbing needs.

Work wasn't done because I didn't want a hole cut in the inside wall.

I asked for a refund from Angie's list as I was not planning on using these services. Can you verify that I received it?

Sam is a true professional. He is very meticulous and efficient at the same time. All aspects of the job went well from Sam answering his phone to answering all my questions and doing a great job.

Sam, the owner of Resolution Plumbing, was really helpful on the phone. He had me take a picture of our water heater and email it to him before he came to the house. He was also able to reassure me that it was unlikely that the leak would increase. He called before he arrived and then was right on time. He came with a new water heater and installed it. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about plumbing issues. I would not hesitate to hire Sam again and in fact, we are planning to have him do some more work at our house. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done at their home.
