Description of Work: I pointed out 4 small areas that were heavy traffic areas and seemed to show dirt more. the tech said that he did a pre treatment and that would take care of the problem. There was no special treatment done in those areas I pointed out. A couple of the areas look about the same, before the carpet was cleaned. He also offered and we accepted a scotch guard treatment for an additional $75. The job was done and the carpet is, for the most part OK, but I will look to another carpet cleaner in the future. You get what you pay for I guess!

Description of Work: Cleaned the stairs and carpeted upstairs; 3 brms and small hallway, but they don't move furniture, which I found odd. They did not clean air ducts so I cannot address this issue. The cleaning was very fast and respectful. |Their stain remover, which is very powerful, made some deep seated stains disappear but one very horrible one has returned and I am not surpised, nor have I called them to complain as I didn't think it would go away. To their credit it didn't show up until the next day. So far many months and feet that have run up and down the stairs and in the bedrooms and existing stains have not returned, which I beleive were pee stains from the previous owners rescue dogs. Not sure of the date of the service but it was an Amazon deal and it was a very good deal. So I am happy with their service, just wished they would move furniture.

Description of Work: I needed three pieces of furniture cleaned: a sofa, with chair & footstool. I've had them for over 10 years and decided to get them cleaned so had TM CARPET AND AIR DUCT CLEANING come in, and they did a very good job. It really made a world of difference getting the dust build up taken care of. The service was prompt & professional, I would hire them again.

Description of Work: He cleaned the carpets for us in a 1200 square foot home. My husband was here and he said that this company did a good job. The did a basic cleaning and we get the carpets cleaned every so often. They told us that they would still honor the deal that we got from them, if we continue to use their service ever 6 months.

+ -1 moreHe does as great job, I like that he comes and does a great job removing stains after you can't tell there were any stains. All the stains and odors will be gone even the dog stains. Always on time, he gets right to the job we have used him 4 times so far. He has even done some stuff that he didn't charge me for. The work that he provides is very professional. I would use him again in the future.

+ -1 moreGreat Job! Mr. Moon showed up on time and was very courteous. He did a thorough job on the house. Presprayed, checked for spots and any concerns we had. Both places looked great when he was done. Price was per job so a total of $300.00.
