Robert at Product heating gave me remarkable service, seeing a complicated furnace repair project to completion. Several service calls and above and beyond patience with the furnace and with myself as the owner. Prompt communication through Angi’s list app got our project going. They even spent time educating my family on the furnace and calling us the day after service to check on us. Thanks! We are all warm in our house with a functioning furnace again! Our 27-year-old furnace stopped working suddenly, leaving us without heat. We contacted Product Air after another company failed to show up for a scheduled service call. Product Air responded quickly. Robert diagnosed the problem as a failed motor and was able to find the part elsewhere in the country. Upon arrival of the necessary part, he worked his schedule to complete installation asap. The company was completely professional and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Had a real good experience with them. On time, explained what was going on. Very impressed!

The entire process worked well. We wanted several choices so I could figure out which made most sense for us, who plan to stay in the house for many years. Eli gave us five options, and we selected one that was eligible for a tax credit. I asked if I could do the electrical work and he took some off the bid. The bid was competitive with other companies, but the respectful attention to detail and well written bid impressed us. The install also went well. They removed the gas furnace and air conditioner, replacing with a heat pump that works down to -13F. That all went well except for some minor electrical issues, but they worked with us and quickly resolved it and the electrical inspection was perfect. The installers were polite, attentive, and worked hard. Eli brother Robert answered many questions and helped us with the thermostat, even adding a bonus feature and visiting us immediately to answer more questions about it. Robert wanted to resolve any issues ASAP.

Good quality of work. Fast installation, take them 10 hours to install full system, one unit outside and 4 units inside of the house. End of the day system was operating.

Great price and service.

Eli, Robert, and Dennis delivered exceptional service and outshined all other competitors in terms of pricing for the installation of a newly ducted Mitsubishi Heat Pump system in our home. They completed the entire house installation in just 2 days. Their work was efficient, tidy, and executed flawlessly. I'm highly impressed and will definitely hire them again for future projects, including installing a 26kw home generator and the second Misubishi heat pump system for our upcoming upstairs addition. Highly recommended!

These folks do not pay sales commission so they have no incentives to sell you the most expensive stuff. Gives you options and discusses them knowledgably. No hidden costs or scope. No small prints to worry about. Available over phone and texts. Good value for money but the bottom line may not look the least. May be backside other guys did not specify or listed all the work involved. Affordable.

Robert rerouted the return air system. Showing up as promise and Installation was perfectly done. Pricing very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with contractors in general. This company is one of the rare good ones.

They quoted me a minimum price over the phone. Rob, who came out, opened up the furnace and had to reset it and everything started working great he stayed around and make sure it was gonna stay lit. Then for a little extra bonus, I was putting in a new garbage disposal and I couldn't hang it and he got under and hung it for me. I was have to do is tighten it up now, you can tell they have a real good customer service a small company and they were like most of them where they slap an iPad in your face and make you sign first

When our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year, Greenwood Heating, the people who installed our system last year, couldn't come out for two days. But Eli with Product Air was at our house within hours, fixed the problem within minutes and have been comfy and warm ever since. Couldn't be happier!
