I usually go with 3 bids for a project like this. Eli was the first one to pick up my Angie's list advertisement, and he reached out to me within two hours. He made an appointment that same day to come and examine the furnace and gave me a quote. The installation was next day. It went smooth as silk, no issues. I also asked a lot of questions but he was patient and walked me through all the answers. He and his work partner were cheerful, polite, and on time. The bid was reasonable, especially considering that it was next day installation. Of the other two companies I selected from Angies list, the first one could not come for three weeks to even do a bid. The other one never even called back.

They were courteous, professional and efficient. We would recommend them to others.

Once I entered in all my information I got a call from them within 30 minutes or so. The repairman was in the area so I only had to wait an hour which was pretty darn good. I already figured it was either the capacitor or the fan motor and it was the capacitor. He switched it out and checked over my system. Found out I was REALLY low on freon so he recharged my system. Now it's like the arctic if I want. I'll be asking them back before it gets cold to give my heating a good once over. I would absolutely recommend them. They are very fast and reasonable. My bill came up to a hefty charge, but that had nothing to do with them, I should have been getting my system serviced regularly. With freon R-22 at $189\pound and my system very low - you get the picture. They did great though despite my system being under maintenanced. This went great. It's a small job, just one day, and they had an opening within a week they could fit my job into. They were here until it was fully complete and made sure not to leave a mess like some other contractors I've had out. Everything was fully tested and is working awesome. I don't have the kind of money to drop on projects like this frequently but the next time it comes up I'll call Eli again first and save myself some hassle.

Wonderful. We placed a request On Angie’s List early on Friday morning as the cooling functionality of our heat pump stopped working. It’s been extremely hot recently, so we were very anxious to get the issues resolved ASAP. Eli got back to us immediately. He came to our home that day (when does that ever happen?), diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. Eli was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased.

AMAZING! We put in a request early this morning as the cooling function of our heat pump stopped working the night before. ☹️ I left a request For service on Angie’s list first thing in the morning, and Eli/Product Air, Heating and Cooling was one of the first to respond. Given that we are experiencing very warm weather right now, we were REALLY hoping to get the heat pump fixed ASAP, but felt that there would be a significant wait given that the Heating/AC service are in high demand right now. Eli made time to come to our home THE SAME DAY I TALKED TO HIM (when does that ever happened?), fixed the issue and we are oh so much more comfortable now! He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the situation to us, showed us what the issue was and fixed it on the spot. Great experience!

It was pretty amazing. pricing is fair, on time and did what they said they will do. They installed a smart thermostat. They build a special filter to make it more easy to replace. Very knowledgeable. Really, really good and know what they are doing. Really technician. A wonderful completed job. They follow up also. Very, very professional.

Eli did an awesome job at testing to find the problem and even showed me the exact issue. Plus he did this at the end of his current day of work when everyone else was scheduling weeks out. He worked with our home insurance so we could cover most of the replacement cost. Fast service and great service. Air Product Heating and Cooling is exactly how repair work should be done by all companies but unfortunately, most businesses don't even come close.

Recommendation Letter for Product Air Heating and Cooling I am pleased to recommend Eli Nikolin and his company Product Air Heating and Cooling, LLC for the professional way they installed a new heat pump in my home. They took great pains in properly sizing the unit to meet the needs of our 3000 sq. ft. home while at the same time interfacing it to the existing thermostat and ducting system. He prepared a competitive written proposal with several options and presented it in person allowing me to get important questions answered and discuss the components that uniquely met my system needs and budget. (Something none of his competitors bothered to do). Once the paperwork was in order, he went right to work ordering the main items and set about installing piping and other items needed to support the system. I particularly appreciated the pipe enclosure he used to hide the copper pipe routed from the heat pump outside the house to the heat exchanger and air handler inside. That concern for aesthetics and attention to detail separated Eli and his team from other contractors I’ve had work for me. The completed installation was thoroughly tested, and then I was taught how to operate and program its controls. Did I mention he did the entire installation is less than two days for which I was very grateful. I am completely satisfied with his work ethic and felt his on the job decisions were always made in my best interest.
