Bill and crew, including Jeremy, quoted quickly, had an easy to understand contract agreement and understood the architect's drawings. Obviously they are used to working with design professionals, which not all shops are. Site measurements by PCFI were taken after drywall was in place to determine the final dimensions. Bill sent 10 pages of detailed pdf drawings for everyone to review and confirm and then it was time to build. All pieces fit the site perfectly. No issues. No rework. On time. Communicative with contractor, owner and architect always. Quoted price was the final price. Best sub-contractor/vendor on the whole job!!! A pleasure to share a positive experience. And the bonus..... Bill worked super hard to match a wood finish sample provided by the architect. Architect didn't know how 'the other cabinet shop' did it. Bill figured it out with diligence, talent, and superb technical skills in the finishing process. PCFI did it all 'in house' for us. Bid, site measure, woodwork, finishing and delivery. Some shops only do woodwork and sub-contract the finishing..... which can lead to lesser results, miscommunications or finger pointing in the worse case. Not PCFI. They handled the job from start to finish and did it very well. Thank you Bill and all at PCFI. Your woodwork is the highlight of our whole house remodel and renovation. We appreciate the impeccable craftsmanship and perfect finishing every day.

Their price was great but they weren't a good fit for us. Would absolutely recommend them to someone else.

PCFI responded quickly to our request for discussion and and estimate to replace all our existing kitchen cabinets. They provided us with a bid on standard cabinets from their local supplier and a bid for custom cabinets to be manufactured by PCFI. Because we were changing our kitchen configuration, we found their custom cabinets gave us more storage space, so we went with that option. PCFI came out a second time for a more complete measurement and discussed color and wood options. The cabinets were delivered when promised. We used another contractor for installation and ran into some problems; PCFI helped find solutions. I am disappointed with some aspects of the cabinet replacement, but that is due to installation, not to the cabinets. We love the cabinets. They are sturdy, well-built, and the soft-close drawers, pull-outs, and drawers that open fully serve to remind us daily that these are quality cabinets.

They were fabulous. They are locally owned and provide great service. Everyone was very professional. They listed to what we wanted and had really good follow up once the work was done. We would definitely use them again.
