Our 17 year old heat pump recently died. We got 7 bids. I hired a company with the lowest bid but after waiting several days to get a written quote and to talk scheduling, I had no callback. I called them twice to get more information. Finally, I fired them and called Joel at Montanos (next lowest bid). He was very responsive and had us scheduled in no time. Joel was on time for the quote and the work appointments. When the job was finished and tested, Joel made sure I understood the system. They were careful and courteous working in our home and cleaned up the work area completely. We are very happy with our new system and with Montanos. They are our "first call" HVAC company now! Brings back the small town honest business feel. I called and not only talked to Joel but he was the one that did the install! He brought along Benjamin and wow, hard working dudes-absolutely impressed! Thank you guys! Bosch 3 ton unit and air handler installed is a night & day difference compared to my old set up.
