MARYSVILLE EVERETT CERAMIC TILE

Everything kept going downhill. She gave me the price of the tile, but when I ordered it from her, she wanted to charge me $5.00 more per tile. I reminded her of the price she quoted and she reluctantly gave me the lower price. I gave her a deposit and she ordered the tile. When it came in, it was the wrong tile. She said that the sample must have been marked incorrectly. She then ordered the correct tile. When it came in, I wanted to check it against the sample that I chose, but she said the sample was "checked out" and didn't know when it would be back. She didn't even know who had it. My tile installer was starting in one week, at that point. I waited a couple of days, never heard from her, so I called her and asked her if she had made sure that the back splash had no defects, chips, cracks, etc. from shipping and that it was ready to be installed. She had not checked it, and furthermore, told me that she doesn't check it. I guess she wants me to haul it all home, and if there are any defects, I am supposed to bring it back and I wait for her to order me replacement? I finally told her that she was making my kitchen renovation turn into a nightmare, so she asked me if I wanted my money back. I said "YES". I only had one week, but I found the same back splash online for $10.70 less than what she wanted to charge me. I saved $250.00 buying it online. She is definitely not a pleasant person to work with and it is clear that she is not a business person. It was not a good experience for me. I felt so relieved and relaxed again once she was out of the loop.

Joel from Marysville Everett Ceramic Tile installed granite tiles on the kitchen counters. It was not an easy job as the counters were not square and he had to adjust the installation of the tiles to square it up. Joel was pleasant to work with and took extra care placing the tiles the way I wanted for color flow. Joel was prompt, friendly, and would stop by when he had a free minute to check the progress of the tiles while mastic or grout was drying. He graciously worked around the dry waller, electrician, and flooring people as on several days two jobs were being done at once. I will return to Marysville for all my granite and tile needs. The counters are beautiful!!
