Emmanuel and his team delivered outstanding service and attention to detail. We asked them to put in new shower tiles and they were able to do so with perfect alignment (including depth), cut outs for lights, and color matching for grout. They also helped with additional asks including replacing outdated lighting, cleaning floor tiles and caulking the vanity. They were on time, courteous, explained their process, and spick and span about cleanup. Would highly recommend them to friends.

Wow!! If you're looking for an excellent professional cabinet installer Emanuel is the guy that you'll want to hire..his apprentice Jose was also a great help to Emanuels team,Emanuel stopped by on Friday to estimate the job, they started work on Monday removing our old cabinets and on Tuesday installed our new cabinets that we purchased and were 100% finished on Tuesday evening, his old kitchen has never looked as good,they left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. We recently had our master bathroom remodeled. Emanuel and his team did all of the tile work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were on the job site every morning on time, stayed late and were extremely clean and tidy. Emanuel was really easy to work with; he offered his professional opinion and suggestions on the design and pattern, and his attention to detail were impeccable. He took his time to lay out the tile pattern before he installed it and asked for my input so that we were all on the same page. My wife and I had a last-minute design change which caused Emanuel to tear out tile he had just installed. I’m sure it got under his skin, but he never showed his frustration. He is obviously passionate about his work and takes pride in his craft. I highly recommend Manole Quality Construction, and we will use him on future projects.

We had a main and guest bath that needed updating. Emanuel was incredibly responsive and patient during the bidding process, answering all of my questions (I had a lot!). He had great suggestions during the initial overview and throughout the project. His rates were very reasonable and was always very clear whenever something would require additional costs. There were no surprise costs from the original quote. He and his team were able to complete both bathrooms in 3 weeks (he quoted 4 weeks), and there was no sacrifice on quality. He has an amazing eye for small details and has tremendous pride in his craft. Definitely recommend!!

We hired Emanuel to do a full gut remodeling of our master bath along with a guest bath facelift. He and his small team did an amazing job and we are super happy with the end result! Emanuel and team were punctual and kept the site as tidy and clean as they could before leaving for the day. We were also impressed by how attentive and transparent he was throughout the process. Emanuel was always very detailed and sought our input where it mattered. That was much appreciated as we were first time homeowners renovating and didn’t know what to look out for to ask. Our total cost was higher due to our own changes and add-ons, but strictly looking at his quote at time of bid and what we asked for, it was very close. We highly recommend Manole Quality Construction and would totally hire him again!

Emanuel did an amazing job. I needed my house painted and a wooden deck cover stained. His team did an exceptional job. He took his time to ensure the areas were clean, sanded and sealed before he performed any painting or staining. He is a professional that pays very close attention to detail. He helped me pick the appropriate colors for my house and provided great options to chose from. I am extremely pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone who has a painting project.

Manole and Doru and their team did a stunning job on my bathroom remodel in June. They were very easy to work with, worked long and hard days to get the remodel done in a timely manner. They always kept me in the know of everything and made great suggestions and recommendations. The tile work turned out beautifully. He also came back to install my cabinet that I’d been waiting on for a couple weeks. I would definitely hire him and his team and am looking to do my kitchen next. I have photos of the tile in my tub and shower, but I can’t seem to load them.

Emanuel and his crew are top notch. We had a extensive rot resulting from poor flashing in our roof. Manual identified the problem, gave a fair quote, had materials here quickly (during COVID), had his crew organized and working immediately. They always showed up on time, kept the place clean, did excellent work, and worried more about the quality and details than even I did. The project involved reframing, residing, insulation, wiring, int/ext painting, roofing, flashing. I was so impressed with them, I had them do a cork floor install in our basement. The did the baseboards and painting very well. Emaunuel is excellent in communicating plans, expectations, costs, and schedule. No surprises, other than how smoothly it went.

Manole Quality Construction did a fabulous job installing a tile floor, stack stone fireplace wall, and hardwood flooring. Emmanuel was very easy to work with, was quick in completing the work, and was great about considering little details. The quality of work is impeccable and the price was fair. I am very happy with the results!

The project we hired for went above our expectations. They were extremely professional, on time, worked hard and very precise. I didn’t feel rushed when given options for grout or style, they didn’t do the bare minimum they made sure to go the extra mile. They also were very clean and made sure to clean as they go and take any mess made during the process with them. Polite and respectful I highly recommend them! My husband and I aren’t beyond happy with our tile!

Emanuel responded right away and even came out over the weekend to review our space. Not only was he professional and polite. He provided great incite and innovative idea’s to our concepts. They agreed to do the work even though we had our own tiles. Most places refused, but Emanuel empathized with our lengthy delay in trying to find a reputable contractor. He and Mike both provided excellent quality of work while fitting us in within a week of providing a quote. The final touches and additional inspections proves how knowledgable they are in this trade. We highly recommend! For an added bonus, they also provide a variety of different construction options. We will definitely utilize them for any of their services as needed.
