Description of Work: Ground work and drainage. Lucas's lead Moses came in and removed around 20yrd of mud and grave.. He utilized left over gravel in my side yard and dug a 50 ' drainage ditch for me at no charge. Later he and his crew came in and formed up 2300 square feet driveway. later when weather cleared the came back around 6:30 am and laid out rebar and addressed a few concerns and started the pour at 9:00. they didnt stop untill 5:00. What a production ! These guys work so well together. Great Job.

+ -1 moreLucas Construction gave us a quote for a concrete stairway leading up to our house. We accepted the quote and were told that they would get to the project in a month or two. That was the last we heard from them. After a couple months we tried to contact them, but their voice mail was full, they did not respond to emails, and when we were able to leave a message in person they never called us back.

+ 2 moreI can't praise Lucas Construction enough. Very professional with quality work. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs concrete poured. Only 5 days to complete the job start to finish not because they where in a hurry but because they really knew what they where doing. Not long in Washington, but over 30 years in the concrete business. 5 stars well deserved.

+ -1 moreJohn Báez came to our house to look at our driveway project. He was very knowledgable and gave helpful tips. One walkway is in good condition and without cracks. We asked to incorporate what does not need replacement but he was not interested to do that. He said he would email us an estimate and would be in touch. He marked our old driveway and some flower beds with white spray paint indicating the outline of the new driveway. We never heard from him again. We texted him to ask when we can expect the estimate that he promised but he never responded.

+ -1 moreSmall company. Very responsive. Professional and consultative. Had them tear up an old, very small, concrete patio and pour a much larger concrete patio in our back yard. Knew what he was talking about and was flexible as plans changed.
