Last Leak Roofing

Donnie was very kind and gave good advice. He suggested we get a few quotes, and we did and liked Lastleak best. He helped us with decisions (colors, roof type, etc) and he shared names for other repairs. I actually never met him in person or saw the construction, but neighbors tell me it was fun to watch (we have a very tall house). The work was done on time and the clean up was adequate. One issue was that the nails were showing through in the eaves. We were working on other exterior projects that might have covered them, but Donnie said they would come back and clip them if we decided not to put new wood up. Four months later I called him and they came within the week and did the extra work at no charge. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

The work was shoddily performed and the roof is still leaking despite what they did. None of the areas have been repaired. I tried to have them back out and they got angry and the provider yelled at me.

we were very pleased with the work. the employees cleaned up daily, and were careful to not damage landscaping. we were so pleased that we called him back to repair some damage done to an outbuilding we have on our property, when a tree hit it during a storm.We had other bids regarding the roof issues, and the others wanted to remove the tiles at a cost of course, and give us a whole new roof! donnie had access to a source who had some matching tiles,to replace some that were damaged,as the tiles we have are no longer made.My realtor came by today, and said the roof looks like new.

They did good work, they were quick, no head heaches, and it got done.

They were very fast and the roof looks great. The owner also repaired a small leak the prior year on our old roof for a minimal charge through our GC. While I would recommend them again, I did have a difficult time with their professionalism. Communication with the people doing the work was difficult (I do not speak fluent Spanish) and I did not see the owner again once we picked the roofing material. I believe he did a final walkthrough with our GC, but it would have been nice for him to ensure I was involved as well. Once they started, they pushed too hard to finish the job - working both Sat and Sun starting at 8:30 AM. This wasn't a major issue until the job lead forced me to call our GC early Sat morning to have the project lead onsite to finish the skylight curbs. I did do a final "walk-over" with one of the roofers. He seemed to "sell" their work too much with his broken English. Just didn't give me a warm-fuzzy feeling.

It was like a Chinese fire drill. The owner, Denny, can't read or write English very well, he didn't supervise the job at all and blamed the window cleaners for breaking a bunch of tiles (which they did not). Sanchez, the "lead" guy who performed the work barely speaks English at all and none of his other workers spoke a word of English. They went $500 over the estimate and complained about how other people working on the property to get the house ready to go on the market were ruining their work. Their craftsmanship was terrible, the letters I exchanged with them we not on company logo and Denny cannot spell or use punctuation properly. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. A nightmare. Plus, they are liars.

They were very professional and quick to give us an estimate at first. Since though they have not returned our phone calls.

ON TIME & ASSESSED PROBLEM CORRECTLY. FIXED THE LEAK TEMPORARILY TILL THEY COULD DO THE WHOLE JOB. PRICE SEEMED TO BE IN THE RIGHT RANGE, RECOMMENDED BY OUR CONTRACTOR.
