Judd & Black are wonderful. He had to be innovative too because I did a tile pattern behind the oven and this new hood was a little bit deeper, so he had to go in there and actually figured out how to work that. And, what was great too was that, I had him look at the exhaust, so he looked up at the exhaust and there was a bit of dirt coming down from the roof and everything or whatever. They're always great. They're always very very helpful. The guy is probably the best installer of anything I've ever seen. He is really really good. We've used him several times. While it was still on the warranty, he came out and did repairs and when it was already over warranty, he still comes out and take scare of it. He is totally honest, totally customer friendly, really good customer ethics and great work. The does great work and the appliances are great. The sales people are really really good. They're very helpful as far as giving you information. And, we bought everything from him.
Description of Work: They're a little local company. We bought virtually all of our appliances except for a couple. They sure do the installation. In the middle of July, they came in for the dishwasher situation that we bought.

They are fine. They were very good. They told us how they tried to fix it. They sent us a diagram, wrote on it and circled it what we were looking for. They were very helpful. They didn't cost us anything. They didn't perform a service, except for showing us what we needed to do ourselves. They sent us a diagram and showed us what we were looking for. It was very helpful to either I fix my dishwasher or buy a new one. I purchased a refrigerator from them within the last year. They were helpful in spite of not making the sale. The salesman from whom I bought the refrigerator, I talked to him about the dishwasher and he showed me a video on how to try to make a repair, so I don't have to buy one right now. It showed me how to make a repair instead of making a sale at the moment.
Description of Work: Judd & Black gave me information on how to repair a dishwasher myself.

I am very pleased with my representative Wellington, he listened to my wants and needs then suggested combinations that would meet my requirements. They did not carry the brand of range I wanted but did work with a different supplier and got the brand at a very competitive price. They were above my budget by several hundred dollars on the first quote and I let them know that was not going to work. They did come in below budget on the second quote and we sealed the deal. Installation communication could have been handled better but in the end I am very happy with the quality and final product. I will use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: We purchased from Judd and Black a 46-inch LG high definition TV to replace a Sony Trinitron that finally gave up the ghost. The new set looked great in the showroom. When it was delivered, the technicians showed me how to use the remotes for the set and for the accompanying DVD player. "Lots of buttons," I remarked to the technicians. They agreed. We had to wait several days for the Comcast technicians to show up and do the cable connection and to replace the old-time DVD player and VCR with a new DVR. Again, I got a thorough explanation on how to use the remote to change channels. We are now up to three remotes. Lots more buttons to learn. Well, I didn't learn them. So when I attempted to enjoy all this remarkable technology, I was completely messed up. I put in a call to the salesman at Judd and Black, Gerad Aasen [correct spellings] , and said I really need help. This was on a Saturday. He finished his shift at the store, made a personal visit to my house at about 6 p.m., and patiently walked me through the process . This time, I took notes. Try to get that level of service at a big box store. I rewarded J&B's diligence by purchasing a washer, dryer, and dishwasher from them in recent months.

I CALLED JUDD & BLACK. A NICE MAN CAME OUT, MOVED SOMETHING THAT WAS IN THE WAY OF THE FAN. HE KNEW RIGHT AWAY THAT SOMEONE HAD BEEN BACK HERE FIXING SOMETHING. HE CHARGED ME 86.00 AND WE LAUGHED. I LOVE JUDD AND BLACK, THE SERVICE GUYS ARE GREAT.
Description of Work: I HIRED A MAN TO PUT MY ICE MAKER IN. THEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN MY REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING, THEN MY FREEZER WAS NOT COLD.
