+ -1 moreI took a laptop computer in for repair (for the second time). When I got it back it was in worse condition than when I took it in. The initial problem was still there. Even worse, the files I specifically asked them to reload were not accessible. I'll never use their service again, and I strongly suggest you don't either.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I WAS UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. THEY CONSULTED ME BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAJOR REPAIR. A BACKUP CD WAS MADE FOR ALL MY FILES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT I WANTED TO KEEP.
Description of Work: COMPLETE OVERHAUL. THE COMPUTER WAS SLOW. A NEW CD BURNER WAS ALSO INSTALLED.
