It is lightweight. I can pick it up and open it myself. The old wooden one there was no way I could lift it. He and his helper had it done in one day. They cleaned up and took away all the old stuff, and left it like it was brand new. My neighbors gathered at the top of the street to watch them. They asked where I had gotten them. I would recommend them to anyone.

The work itself was done fine, although he wasn't able to get us a "universal" remote for all of our doors. The price was competitive. If not for his unprofessional customer service, I would have been willing to hire him again. First, he showed up to our house unannounced to actually do the work. Our house is a rental house and we asked him to call and schedule a time with our tenants. Second, our tenants were unhappy that he moved some of their personal belongings inside the garage and he used their radio without being given permission. Third, he did not send us an invoice after the work was actually done and was difficult to get into contact with. I ended up having to tell him that we are not going to pay him until he actually sends us an invoice. I can't remember if he ever sent us an invoice, but I suppose he did.
