CF Builders

I will absolutely recommend CF Builders to anyone wanting new windows. Their bid was not quite the lowest, but it was competitive. I chose them over other contractors because when they came out to bid the job, they spent a little time explaining how they replace windows and why they do it that way. My takeaway from that was that their top priority is doing things the right way, even if it may not be the fastest or easiest. The total job took 2 days, the new windows look great, and they left things cleaner than when they got here.

These guys are the type of guys you want to install your windows-- they are craftsman by trade and they do a great job of framing up the job for you and getting you want for the right price. A great example that I like to tell other people was what we went through to get a set of French doors -- I had been told by the competition that a set of wood doors would look great-- but they didn't talk about the overall functionality of having wood in our climate. CF recommend a codel French door because of its durability and longevity and cost-- the door was much less than a wood one and such a great value. Its composite, but it is a very quiet door and very well constructed. The windows are Comfort Design and we had one small issue with a casement window-- Comfort Design came out a couple weeks later and fixed the window-- no problem. Great Service and A great group of guys.

Derek and crew did excellent work and went above and beyond what was necessary. They were great about providing me feedback when we were in the decision making process and offering suggestions. I am thrilled with the way my new windows look and function. Watching their work, I like the level of professionalism and craftsmanship that I saw while installing my windows. I have already referred them to a family member looking to replace their windows. Would definitely use their services again!

Perfect! Courteous, honest family business! Attention to detail is awesome! Clean up after days work each time and clean up as they go! They keep you informed on everything and went way beyond to give me options to what is out there and was so patient with me and all my questions! I would recommend them anyway to anyone! Plus the PUD inspector said he himself had them come do HIS windows! What a great recommendation! Good job guys! Such a pleasant experience. Who trusts people enough to give them your house key all day? I did with these guys!

This family owned and run business replaced our windows last spring. They exemplified a high standard of integrity and professionalism throughout the whole experience - from sales to installation. They also replaced some siding and built four flower boxes for our windows. All their work was done well and to a high standard of quality.
