My wife and I stopped in this local store and we were very impressed with the furniture they had on display and their electronics. Josh, the co-owner, approached us and was very patient, answering all of our questions and demonstrating quite a bit of knowledge about furniture, grades of leather, wood quality and electronics. We got quite excited about remodeling our rec-room and he even offered to come over and take measurements that day and give us an idea of what would fit and look good. So he came over and spent about an hour doing just that. Before he left he said, he would get back to us soon with the “numbers”. So we waited and waited. A week went by so my wife called and left a message. A few more days passed and my wife emailed Josh, but still no reply or phone call. Another week passes and we’re getting frustrated because we have guest coming up to visit with us later this summer and would like to have this done. We email again, we call and leave a message. No reply. I manage to call and get him on the phone, he apologizes all over himself and says he call back in 2 hours. That didn’t happen either. We probably would have been spent well over $10,000 on furniture and electronics and happy about supporting a local company, but it seems like they just did not want our business. A lot of time was wasted on waiting for his response. He is great at being a salesman, but totally lacking in the customer service department and so perhaps we should just count our blessings.
Description of Work: The co-owner came out to our home to home, took measurements, made recommendations and showed us different types of colored fabric or leather we could use on the sectional we planned on ordering.
