+ -1 moreNew bathtub was installed incorrectly not following manufacturer's installation instructions. Then when fitting in the new tub, the vinyl floor was damaged requiring a new vinyl floor; in removing a wall brace to install the new tub, the saw cut through the wall into the living room leaving a 9" gash. In talking with the owner, he took little responsibility for his worker's damage and down played the event. The owner was unsympathetic and rude to us as customers and blamed us and others as not knowing what we were doing.
Description of Work: Remove old bathtub-install new acrylic tub and plumbing.

+ -1 moreHe called and said he had one that he could install for $600. I called another company and they said they would install it for $85. He later sent me a bill for $148 for the quote. He was only at my home for about 15 minutes.
Description of Work: I called him out to give a quote on a new pool heater.
