We were not sure what we wanted when Shane first contacted us as he did our first estimate. We had three other estimates after his and none of them went well at all. He was persistent but not in a negative way. I later told him that I appreciated that very much! He came a second time to discuss what we wanted to do and the kind of fence we would like. We were pleased with the results of the consult and we decide to hire him to do our fence! He started the following Monday and finished that Friday! He takes pride in what he does and that shows in the high quality of his work! He was very professional, honest and pleasant to work with! We are so very pleased with his his workmanship and our fence that we would most definitely hire him again if we ever need construction work done! My husband and I highly recommend him! Sincerely, Mike and Penny Hanson

Shane came to me through the personal recommendation from my Realtor, who was given the job of finding a home for me that meets some rather stringent restrictions...that of meeting some ADA compliance issues for the physically challenged. Shane is a true artist and meticulous worker in his trade. He pays attention to details like few I've ever had work for me. He arrived exactly on time each of the five days he worked for me. Unlike most contractors, he never filled up free time with other jobs. He first finished my job, before moving on to another, making sure that I was entirely satisfied with mine. Some walls had never been finished by previous contractors. Some wall corners had been damaged because the power chair I use for mobility is almost too wide and if not very careful, I hit them. In some cases it left black marks on the walls. In other cases, the plaster got chipped, taking out large chunks. I have since found that Shane has yet another superb quality. He has a tremendous amount of compassion and helpfulness for his fellow man of just about anyone I have ever met. I expect that I will have need for Shane's knowledge & expertise in the future. I will never hire anyone other than Shane Tanner as long as he is available. It is hard for me to believe that he didn't have any reviews on Angie's List before now.
Description of Work: Patched & repainted walls & corners of interior walls. Also did general touch-up, getting home ready for future sale.
