Apollo Plumbing Marysville

My 75 year old mother had a leak below her mobile home in a senior park yesterday & in a panic called Apollo out to fix it. There was a 100$ charge to come out to look at the problem & provide an estimate (which is pretty standard/fair) While she waited for the plumber, she turned the water off and removed most of the screws to the access panel so he could check the leak (which was maybe 1-2 feet from the access opening) The plumber arrived, and without even looking under the house, while the water was OFF - quoted my mom 1000$ to fix the leak. When she questioned his quote he said that's just "what it is" took his 100$ and left. After he left my cousin came over, and found it was simply one fitting that needed to be tightened with a wrench, problem solved. What a racket - arrive at house, refuse to even LOOK at the plumbing (which is easily accessible) provide a ridiculous quote that has no conceivable way of being accurate - then leave with 100 bucks. Great way to make money without even working. Thankfully my mom was able to call the office, furious, and have the charge for the service/estimate call reversed - but regardless - I do NOT recommend this company. The experience yesterday was unprofessional and shady. All the reviews on their website are cherry picked 5 stars

Unplug sewer line. First of all they showed up when they said they were going to show up, the price was what they quoted. Very clean representative and trustworthy. Explained everything clearly what was being done. I would say this is the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had in my 58 years of life. Thank you

Corey was professional and spent no time with chit chat. Hard worker and honest. It was hard for me to rate the price of his work since plumbing problems are always costly, I can say that the previous plumber was unable to unclog the drain, added an additional .5 hour to his work and his company charged $350 for the first hour with $250 for each added hour. When the man left there was sewage on the outside of the home and up the walls surrounding the toilet. The room was a huge mess of sewage. When Corey worked there was little to no splatter. But, he wiped down the walls when he finished the job even though they were clean. Corey took away the waste he removed from the drain, not true of the previous plumber who charged $1070 and had to call Apollo Plumbing to finish the job. Corey arrived with an expensive camera and heavier snake. The job was difficult but he kept at it until the drains ran again. With the better equipment and the expensive camera the bill was $200 less that the bill left by the plumbing company that couldn't do the job and left me with a huge mess to clean.

Diagnosed problem. Tightened fittings and determined I need to order a replacement part under my faucet warranty. I'll call them back to install once it is delivered.

Mark, Geoff, and Tyler were fantastic. They arrived on schedule, made solid recommendations, and were willing to adjust their schedules when I asked (mid-job) to expand the scope of work. I was orginally going to do a partial water line replacement since several contractors were unable/unwilling to do the more risky full line replacement, but Appollo Plumbing found an ingenious (and less risky) way to replace the entire line. I was so impressed that I also asked them to replace my 12 year old electric water heater with a new heat pump water heater. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional. Appollo Plumbing is officially on my list of reliable, dependable, top-notch professionals to call when I need help.

The technician was on time, evaluated the situation, and presented a quality bid. They were able to schedule us quickly and finish the entire line in a day, including boring under our gardens so they didn't have to tear up our yard and plants! Best of all. the leak wheel on the meter stopped turning! We had one slight glitch afterward, and they were quick to respond and fix one other problem that cropped up after they replaced our water line. The technician was knowledgeable to identify what happened and fixed it the same day we called. Great and responsive company and technicians, with a great warranty to go with the work.

Both Guinn and Chris were excellent in their knowledge, communication and professionalism, as well as, helpful in explaining the process of their work to me. They exceeded my expectations and made a difficult situation I was in much easier. I appreciated the care and concern!! Knowing I had a job completed completely to my satisfaction and that they stood behind their work with warranty is peace of mind. Thank-you!

It was a chunk of change. We thought it was just a clog. The downstairs bathroom overflowed into the kitchen, into the dining room. We thought it was a clog. They came out here and worked the clog. He was here from 10:30 to 2:00, when they discovered it was a break in the line. I didn't get charge for any of the work they did prior to it.They were available immediately to repair the line. They found a softball size piece of concrete where the break was where somebody when the house was built dropped it into the sewer line. This house is seventeen, almost eighteen years old. That piece has been in there for a while. It was an emergency. I didn't have time to shop it. It was my best deal, and they fixed it.

It was just a sub-charged. Whatever they charge to come out is what they charge.They were really good. It was a really easy fix on all of them. He showed me what to do. I had no idea you could take the stuff apart that he was fixing. He showed me what to do. He said you can call us again if you want, or you can do it yourself if you want. He just charged the sub-charge. He was here a half an hour. This is the second time that I have used them.

Fixed, the leak, did great job on replumbing, and returned without charge to install the last5 angle stops after the new drywall, needed due to the leak, was in place.

We noticed a small mold stain in the corner of a bathroom and another stain in the corner of the adjacent bedroom. The technician from Apollo arrived right on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a leak in the outside water faucet where the pipe went into the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. He removed a small section of wallboard in the bedroom and repaired the pipe. Unfortunately his service did not include repairing the wall but we did not expect that it would. He left us with a recommendation for someone to do that should we not want to do it ourselves. He was friendly, professional, and did the job quickly.
