He had a lot of trouble with our garage door. We talked to him on the phone about several different problems, and on one problem that he told us the answer how to fix it ourselves. I thought that was really nice because we could fix it ourselves and he didn't charge us for that. He did a good job and he is a pretty good guy.

Kevin was great. I appreciated his willingness to do the job. I had put off having a new garage door opener installed because I have had bad experiences with service providers. But, since joining Angie's list, I can confidently hire someone to work for me. He arrived on time, completed the job with efficiency and cleaned up when he was finished.

Kevin was great. He called to advise me that he would be approximately 15 minutes late. He even helped me jump start my car when I discovered that I had a dead battery and would need to get my car out of the garage! Very happy with the service. I will call Allphase Garage Door Repair and Services, Inc. again when necessary.

I had originally scheduled an appointment to repair my garage door with another comany. That company did not show up and did not call to explain. In desparation I called Allphase Garage Door Repair at 3:00 pm and explained the situation. Kevin was at my home at 5:00 pm that same day. His work was excellent and his price very reasonable. I am so pleased with his work. That door has never opened so smoothly and quietly. What a great Job he did! I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. e

My garage door spring broke trapping my car in the garage. I called AllPhase at 7 a.m. and Kevin called me back about two hours later. Despite having a very busy day (although he never said so), Kevin and his associate fit me into their schedule that day, came over around 1 p.m. and did an excellent job of assessing the situation, freeing my car, replacing the broken spring and then oiling up everything on the garage doors. They worked very deliberately and quickly, were very courteous and charged an extremely fair amount for the work done. I am extremely grateful for them coming out to my house so quickly and for doing terrific work at a great rate. I highly recommend Kevin and AllPhase. AllPhase combines quality, integrity and responsiveness....I can't say enough good things about my experience.

I had trouble with my transmitter, after changing the battery in it. Kevin came out, synched up both my transmitters with the opener, and then performed some standard maintenance to the door and the opener. The whole thing runs better than before, and he taught me how to reset my transmitters, too. He was on time, courteous, professional, quick and friendly. I'll call Allphase again!

On Christmas Eve night the spring in our garage door broke, trapping one of our cars inside. On 12/26 and again on 12/27, I called a company that I did business with in the past but did not hear back. Well, I needed the car out, so I checked out AngiesList and called All Phase. Don answered, and told me that he could get out to me that afternoon. He did, and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. He was punctual, got right to work, guaranteed his work, and I was please with the cost. I would certainly use All Phase again without hesitation.

Kevin was great. Very professional, called on a Wednesday, he was here 2 days later, spent about an hour replacing two broken springs for the garage door and even replaced a flimsy bracket that would have broken! Gave me advice on how to maintain my garage door, and price was better than any of the quotes I had heard from friends that got the same service done. HIGHLY recommend.

We couldn't have asked for more. We thought, for sure, we had to buy a new garage door. We had called Allphase (based on the other reviews on Angie's list), to get an estimate for a new garage door. Kevin was honest - so honest! A true prince amongst contractors - not only did he explain to us that the doors we were favoring (wood or wood composite) were expensive, high maintenance, and would warp in our moist climate, but he informed us that our door was "saveable", and for less then $200. Two hours later, he had our garage door fully repaired and working better then it ever has since we moved in the house 4 years ago.

If I have another problem with the garage door that doesn't fix itself or I can't fix, Allphase will be the first I call, and I told him that.

Other companies who had given us estimates told us that we would have to replace all of our doors, which would have cost us several thousand dollars. Allphase came to our house and said they could fix our ailing garage door. He found that one of the brackets had been installed backward, which he fixed while he was there to give us the estimate - making the door safe to use on the spot! When they returned, they installed a new torsion spring to replace the old mismatched springs, replaced some rollers, and installed two new garage door openers. One of the doors had limited clearance space for the opener, so they used an installation method that made the new opener fit in the limited space and they installed a matching set of springs on the door to ensure that it would open straight -- it works perfectly! They also serviced the rollers and tracks on all three of our garage doors and installed new bottom seals to help keep rain water and cold weather out. They were clean, professional and very nice to work with. We are thrilled with our new garage door openers and the repairs made to our doors/tracks. We highly recommend Allphase!

Our garage door closed on our vehicle as we were entering the garage! Impact bent the roller guide and cable disconnected. Husband tried to make repair but problems seemed to compound and we needed help. I had a garage door repairman in my rolodex from a problem a few years ago but he was non-responsive, told my husband to find someone locally and hung up on him. So I went to Angie's List and found Allphase Garage Door Repair and Services, Inc., located in my city of Marysville, WA. I called the number, spoke with Kevin Nunamaker, and he said he would come to my house when he completed the job he was working on. He arrived sometime after six o'clock and completed our job in just a little over an hour. Garage door works like a charm now. Kevin was certainly knowledgeable and capable, and very much a gentleman. I would not hesitate to call him again and will happily recommend him to any family or friend who may have a garage door issue in the future. Thank you, Kevin!

I was impressed with Kevin's professional attitude and knowledge. The work was completed in a couple of hours and the door looks and works great.

One of the garage door openers was not working when Kevin arrived. He began by fixing that and then performed service on the other 2 garage door openers. In addition, he provided service to the 3 garage doors with a garage door tuneup. He did an outstanding job.

Allphase came out in a matter of hours to look at it. The main circuit board had a burned spot on it indicating that one of the relays was not working. After asking for an estimate I decided to replace the door opener with a Liftmaster. Kevin finished in about 2 hours and cleaned up well.

I found Allphase Garage Door Repair in the list and recommended them to my son, He has told he was completely satisfied with every part of the job from the initial contact to the bill. The garage door has never worked as well as it does now and he would not hesitate to call upon Allphase again. He would write this recommendation himself except his computer is down so he asked me to write for him.

My garage door was damaged when I backed in at the wrong angle. It had started buckling at the top, and no longer closed properly. Mr. Nunamaker was able to come the same day I called, and repaired the door in under an hour. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Kevin had all the tools needed. His van is a traveling workshop. He was nice, polite, and did little adjustments that I did not know I needed for free. The door opens much smoother and easier, very pleased with the work. He quoted me a basic cost over the phone and I was not charged a penny more, plus tax.

He's very personable and always comes when he says he will. Reasonably priced, does good work.
