Jason was prompt, courteous and professional; I would recommend him for any furnace needs that one might have. (N.B.: This report is written using my S.O.'s account.)

They didn't do any air duct cleaning because they were going to wait until they installed the new furnace. I got a second opinion, and it turned out that the furnace was fine other than a few small parts and did not need replacing.

very well. we've used them for three years now. They do a nice job and were quick in getting a part for our furnace when it broke during some coldness last year. Plus, they have a great price for annual furnace check ups. All of the guys that have come to our home have been professional and knowledgable and, I've noticed, they have all remained with the company over the years.

Overall, the work done was satisfactory, but the prices were not at all competitive and further research has proven to me that air duct cleaning is not what companies like this make it out to be. When the furnace needed to be replaced, our home warranty company was shocked at the price quoted by Air Ductors. We did further research after the replacement and found the prices to be a bit high. Also, we were told the furnace purchased was the largest we could get for our house and would work fine for the square footage. We have since had to purchase several room heaters since the hot air does not reach all corners of the house. The furnace is also extremely noisy and Air Ductors basically told us there was nothing to be done about the noise. Another HVAC company installing a new outside gas line told us the furnace was definitely not the largest we could have purchased.

We initially chose this company because of the coupon we received in the mail for 12 vents for $99 - we have 11 vents so I thought that this was a good deal. I didn't read the fine print which charges an additional $30 for each cool air return. Since we have two, the $99 price became $159 before tax and this is required as part of the cleaning. Then the technician said that we should clean the furnace as well and I don't doubt the techician was right on that since it wasn't cleaned for over 4 years. But that was another $150. In the end the total bill was $338.36 with taxes. Our house is 1800 sqft. If I were to do this again, I would request a quote before hand for all three service items; (1) 11x heater vents (2) 2x cool air return and (3) 1x furnace cleaning. These three really go hand-in-hand. I think I would have received a better price for this service bundle if I shopped around first, but since they were already here when I realized that I needed to do the cool air return and furnace, I didn't bother sending them away. Advice is to check what you need and get a quote before hand and then shop around. Maybe one could save at least 35% by doing so. Should have checked Angie's list too - new at this thing. The technicians were very professional, though and I think that they were honest - just doing their jobs. But the ad left an impression for me that I was a bit misled. They also require a 4 hour window for the appointment. But they were accommodating too when I told them I had to be out to run an quick errand.

Very well. The technician was very infomative and took the time to explain what he was looking for and the state of our furnace. He also gave good tips on how to keep the electrostatic air filter clean. All in all, a very good experienc and very well priced. We will certainly use this company again.

Service was prompt and thorough. Filters cleaned, complete examination of burners, answers to my questions. Workers were polite and knowlegeable. Will probably replace furnace in the near future and will call Air Ductors for that service as well.

They were very helpful, cooperative, and did what we wanted them to do.

We had our furnace serviced by the company. A week after the service, we had an issue arise and called them back. In an effort to save us some time and money, they tried to fix the furnace using a low cost repair. That repair didn't work, so they needed to come out again to replace a part. Because of the multiple calls, they chose to provide the final fix at no cost. The crew has been very pleasant and professional. The final fix was a replacement of the ignition unit.

They were extremely honest. We were going to have them clean the air ducts, but they said we should really replace our unit. They were on time and did a great job.

This company does a great job and I've also used them for air duct cleanings and routine servicing of my furnace. They are prompt, professional, and very efficient.

It was a great experience. Laurie (scheduler) was able to set up a time that worked for me. Rob (Air Ductors tech) called and gave an exact ETA on the day of the appointment. I received a full explanation of all work done and was given estimates on replacing my 17 year old furnace, as well as general advice on maintenance. I highly recommend them and will use Air Ductors again.

The representative seemed very professional and knowledgeable. However, I wound up paying $479 plus tax for approximately 2-3/4 hours of his time. This seemed to me excessive, but he and a company manager explained that the cost of fixing the furnace was a flat rate no matter how much time it took. Also, it turns out that there was a gap in my air return that needed to be fixed and the representative failed to find it. A home inspector found it right away a couple weeks later. When I called Air Ductors to inquire as to whether there was something they could do to fix this problem, the receptionist referred my call to the representative who'd come out. He never returned my call.

The technician was nice and did a good job. They also gave me a reasonable bid for a furnace & air conditioning.

I FELT THAT AIR DUCTORS WAS HELPFUL AND GAVE ME GOOD OPTIONS WHEN A DUCT CLEANING BECAME A MAJOR FURNACE REPAIR. KEPT COST DOWN BY USING WARRANTY RETURN FOR MY CRACKED HEAT EXCHANGERS. GAVE GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT FILTERS AND DEMONSTRATED HOW TO INSTALL THEM. ALSO WAS AVAILABLE FOR FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS.

THE SERVICE MEN WERE VERY NEAT AND KEPT THEIR WORK AREAS VERY CLEAN. THEY EVEN SHOWED ME WERE I SHOULD PLACE AIR FILTERS IN MY FURNACE THAT WHERE MISSING. THEY ALSO LOOKED UP MY FURNACE FILTER SIZES AND LEFT ME THE INFORMATION. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THE SERVICE MAN WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED. HE RECOMMENDED THAT A FEW FILTERS NOT BE CLEANED BECAUSE THEY WERE FINE AND HE JUST CLEANED THE ONES THAT REALLY NEEDED IT.

TWO SERVICEMEN ARRIVED AT THE TIME STATED AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY QUICKLY ASSESSED THE NEEDED WORK AND GOT TO WORK. I FELT THEY WERE VERY FAIR IN THEIR PRICING AND HONEST WITH THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. I WOULD GLADLY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

MAN CAME ON TIME AND WAS PROFESSIONAL. I CALLED THEM JUST TO CLEAN THE DUCTS, BUT THEN HE LOOKED AT THE FURNACE AND SOLD ME ON GETTING THAT DONE AS WELL. IT SEEMED OK, BUT IF I WERE DOING IT AGAIN I'D DO A LITTLE MORE RESEARCH.
