Prompt service, Ken was very straightforward with pricing, information, and recommendations. Explained things clearly. Cost was over $1,000 lower than another quote I got (and that guy didn't even seem interested in LOOKING at the problem). Same-day service for emergency repairs, told me he is available 7 days a week if necessary. Good guy, hard worker.

Ken did a great job. He helped me fix a problem with my septic system and saved me a lot of money. Local business who really cares about helping you out instead of taking you for every dollar they can get out of you. If you need septic work, call them.

I was very thankful that Ken could come out the same day. I had called another company first (I found the name and number listed on our tank alarm, likely had been used by previous homeowner) and they were booked out a week! Ken was very pleasant on the phone. When they arrived, they went straight to work trouble-shooting the issue. First they found the pump tank flooded. Next they went through all the possible causes of why it had occurred. Found no power to the electrical box and that the breaker was tripped. Once re-set, the pump worked, however, smoke was coming from the float lines. An electrical repair was needed to seal the wiring. Though not an electrician, Ken was knowledgeable and confident that it was something he could repair and he did so. He was very informative in telling me everything he found, what was needed to be fixed, etc. I never felt taken advantage of but once done, I felt that I had gained much knowledge about our septic system and it's workings. I would recommend Ken to anyone needed septic services. Very satisfied.

Ken showed up on time and went to work with his assistant. They were fast and professional and made quick work of the job. When they were all done Ken stuck around and helped me address an issue with my system that was unrelated to the septic tank and helped get me on my way to resolving that issue. Top notch. I will not hesitate to call this company next time I need this service.

Ken was on site literally 45 mins after our phone call. After determining repairs were needed (he walked me through the entire process so I knew was what going on), he offered to stay late and complete the project since the house was going on the market the next day. Ken took a potentially frustrating experience for us and made it as smooth as possible. Both he and his assistant, Cesar, were professional, helpful, informative, not pushy, etc. I would highly recommend Ken to others, and plan on using his services on our future flips.

I called A-1 all county septic because of the bad angies list reports for the other septic companies in my area. He answered the phone and was available in 2 days to come out. He basically troubleshot my issue over the phone and knew what was wrong. He gave me a range of estimated prices so thaI I was informed about how much this could cost. He showed up withn the time range he said he would and went right to work. The problem was indeed a burned out pump. He demonstrated to me that with the swich on, the pump had power, but was not pumping. He pumped out the tanks (same price as everyone else) and replace the pump. The pump was used but the tags showed it was fairly new, so I took that option. That is why the price is prettly low for this kind of service. The system works fine now. I was really please with the service.
