Bad customer service in my experience. I reached out to have some repairs done and apparently someone went out to the property to give me a quote but I never heard anything back so I called the company to follow up and still have not gotten a response.

They could not have sent nicer guys. Very respectful. Cleaned up everything. Took before and after photos so I could see it. Joe explained what I needed and how long it would take. He explained it on my level. He gave me choices. Manuel took great pride in his work and in my satisfaction. I now have people I trust. I will certainly be a repeat customer. Forever grateful. Thank you so much! It was certainly worth every penny!

I have been in construction myself and have never worked with a less reliable company. No follow up and very dishonest

We hired Shay and his crew to repair a leak on our roof, moss and gutter cleaning and other minor roof repairs. Shay was very responsive when scheduling estimate and getting us the quote. After down payment, it was extremely difficult to get a hold of Shay to find out when work could be done. When work was completed, he was very prompt in sending invoice for the remainder of payment. After a home inspection was completed, we found out there was concerns with moisture in the attic. When I contacted Shay he said someone would be at the house the next day. Nobody came and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to address the issue. I leave messages for Shay with no response. We had another roofer come out to look who reported that we still have an active leak. Shay?s crew did not fix the leak we paid for them to fix. Very disappointed. Do not hire.

When I explained the urgency he fit me in. Someone was on site within 3 hours. Instead of just giving me an estimate we agreed to the price and they fixed the problem while they were there. No 2nd trip was needed. Very happy.

The roof turned out brilliant. We had some scheduling issues along the way, but when the team finally got their hands on the roof, they were on top of each finding and thorough in the replacement and ultimate repair. That is what I was after. I’d work with this team again.

Charged over $10K to patch the flat roof and re-roof an overhang approx 500SF. The workmanship was good but did not stop the leaks. He quoted another $5K + to do more work (replace window trim, enlarge one roof patch he would do). He gave me 5 yr. guarantee but when I asked why he was trying to charge me to re-do one of the roof patches, he did not return my email. I do feel ripped off. He was impatient, indicated he had plenty of work, and did not want to go over details with me. Make up your mind, he said. Seems he bills in increments of $5K plus, no matter what the job. The re-patch should have been free, and the extra window trim job should not cost nearly $5K. I can not recommend Shay or his company.

The owner, Shay, came out and did the original estimate for my home. I actually had 3 estimates done and I found his to be the most reasonable. From start to finish, it was an easy process (for me), and they did everything they said they would do, in short order. The job looked great and I'm totally happy with it. I'd definitely hire them again.

Keegan and Edgar came out quickly to evaluate the situation and identify a low-cost approach to identifying the source of the roof leak and (subsequently) fixing the problem. The only challenge was that I had to ping the front office multiple times to get on the schedule, so the customer service could use a bit of improvement on that front. But overall great work.

Shay came out quickly to give me a quote and the price was really reasonable. Manuel and Fidel got the project started quickly and on a weekend! Very easy company to work with, and quality work at a great price. Would definitely hire again for another project.
