A bit of the debris was left behind but that’s not a big deal. Everything else went great.

They were on time for the estimate and the work, they were kind and professional. After completing the work, they raked and cleaned up leaving my yard tidy. They also were extremely fast only taking 2 hours to clear blackberries, cut a large tree down, and haul everything away. I am very happy and will hire them again.

Very happy with the job!! Honestly I almost didn’t have them come out to do an estimate because when I initially called the woman answered “hello” and I had to ask if I had the right place; she seemed annoyed when I asked if I had the right place. That came across unprofessional. But I’m glad I moved forward and gave them a try. The estimator really knows the field. Although they are not arborists they have been trained well and did a great job on thinning out and trimming our Japanese maples and a fir tree. They provided the estimate in real time and came out just a bit over one week later. They worked to accommodate our schedule. They made sure to check in with us every step of the way and really listened to what we wanted while providing their expert advice. They chipped up everything and used a leaf blower and rake to get all small debris off road and out of grass/flower beds. They left the yard cleaner than when they showed up. Love that! We will definitely have them out to do work again. The only change I would make is to know the payment options at the time if the estimate as we would have paid differently had we known.

I work for a municipal organization and hire P&D for all my big tree work. They are always professional, on time, and communicate well, which is everything I like from a contractor.

P&D was amazing! Everyone on the crew was very kind from the site inspection, sales quote, and day of work. The crew worked very quickly, was careful to not disturb the neighbors, and the clean up on the job was fantastic - you would never know they were there. Thank you for everything! We had an issue but the owner made it right.

Delivered within a couple of days of ordering, called the day before and gave approximate time, then called the day of delivery about an hour before arrival. wood was sized as split as advertised and am happy with delivery.

Very well. Showed up on time and completed the tree felling quickly leaving trunks as I had asked to allow me to remove with tractor.

They delivered the wood when said and it was excellent wood. driver put wood where I wanted it. I was very happy with the quality (didn't enjoy having to stack it :-). will use them again and will contact them for tree service when needed.

Great quality - well seasoned firewood

They came on the weekend which is the only time they do stump grinding, the job was performed quickly, and professionally. Since one stump was so big they informed me that it was likely that some stump would remain once all the sawdust was cleared. They were right, when the sawdust was removed more grinding was required, they returned at no additional cost and completed the job as promised.

Everything went as planned, no surprises.

If your looking for wood, look no further. Chris brought me a couple of large cords in October of good hardwoods. I just had another large cord dropped off and it's beautiful wood. Cut to about 16" that fits my wood stove perfect. It lights quick and so far I have been getting 8-10 hours of burn time. Thanks Chris for delivering on your promise. all went good except stump grinding on 2 trees in front yard used for parking this is because of to many wood chips and exposed extra stump and roots after debris removall would give an A for responsiveness if not for big delay because of spokane wind storm and half of crew going there but patience paid off and happy with work even removed extra roots to allow for gravel on regrind performed by Ryan.

Overall a good experience. They arrive within the time frame identified. Had plenty of tree professionals. Performed the work without getting hurt.

This company worked diligently on a delivery day and time that would work with our schedules. The delivery was made on the day, at the time they said they'd be there-I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but if you've worked with other firewood providers, the chances are you know why this is so impressive. The wood delivered was dry and ready to burn-very high quality. I think we've finally found a new firewood supplier that's dependable with a high quality product!

Very professional from initial estimating visit to day of removal. Removed the tree in ~3hrs total. All members of the 8-man team were continually working. Everyone knew their job. No standing around.

It went fine. Called to get an idea of what it would cost and they were prompt with their quote. Came out when scheduled. Only issue is the equipment used was probably overkill for the job. The grinder was obviously the perfect tool for taking down large trees and bigger jobs, but in our suburban backyard it was so heavy it left shallow trenches in the yard. I should have asked about that when I saw the grinder, but at that point just wanted the stumps out. They were prompt, courteous and professional and ground the stumps well below grade so it was easy to remove the rest of the root system ourselves.

Dusty came and provided me with a bid to take down 5 trees in my back yard, We waited a couple of weeks I realize that summer is their busy season, they called to schedule the work to be done, they arrived on time and the work was done quickly and professionally the crew was efficient, and when I decided to have the stumps ground instead of leaving them they adjusted quickly and took care of everything. All in All they did a great job. I had two trees left about 5 FT tall for planters or to be made into carvings and they did exactly want I asked.
