Saturday, heavy rain, serious leak in roof kitchen area. Called a number of roofers. Jamie was available and here within 1 1/2 hours. Surveyed the problem and determined a fix was necessary to the flashing in place that had separated. He took photos from his phone and could show me instantly the cause of the problem. Went to work repairing this and another smaller potential problem. Took about 2 hours. Very professional and the cost considering a Saturday was most reasonable. Would highly recommend he and his business.

Jamie and his crew arrived on time, stayed late and worked to the highest standards of professionalism. I could tell they had a great rapport with each other - working together as a team, and as a result the work was well and efficiently done. They were able to strip off the old roof and replace the dry rotted boards in fairly short order. The roofing material (TPO) was delivered on time and efficiently placed on the roof. It took several days to install the TPO and I could tell that Jaime's attention to detail and commitment to correct installation techniques would ensure the job was done well. Jaime and his crew were respectful, good tempered and above all extremely competent. They left the site clean and the roof secured against rain each night. Best of all, the new roof is beautiful and guaranteed to last for at least 20 years. Most important is Jaime's attitude. He loves his work and takes pride in providing a high quality service. He is always willing to explain what is being done and why. While having a roof installed is not a lot of fun it was a pleasure to work with Jaime and his team. I would have no hesitation in recommending MasterCraft Roofing to anyone.

These guys were fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication and came when they said they would. The job was finished in one day. Since it was dark when they finished, they came back early the next morning and cleaned everything up thoroughly. My wife warned me to check the driveway for stray nails, because she had run over one last year after some other work we had done. But their clean up was perfect.
