The contractor I worked with was very professional in attitude and skills. Displayed excellent customer service. Knew how to "finesse" my projects. (That means I'm REALLY picky, and I got above-board quality. He didn't leave me with something cheesy that would need to be redone.) He communicated throughout the entire project AND showed up when he said he was going to - that alone is worth 12 gold stars!
