From the estimate to the completion of the project, the crew at Kairos were fantastic. Of the three bids Kairos was not only the most competitive, it was also the most detailed based estimate for the installation of artificial grass and pavers. Kevin has a great eye and provided invaluable input in the design of the back yard. The team that worked on the yard payed a lot attention to detail and frequently inquired to ensure that the project was proceeding to our expectations. Jody was continually in communication from the office to ensure scheduling was on track. Excellent customer service and excellent craftsmanship.

In March 2020 I hired Kairos to replace concrete and brick pavers walkways and an old, cracked concrete “patio,” that was at one time a driveway, with grey cobblestone-style pavers. They did an amazing job and it really elevates the look of the property. They showed up on time and left the job site tidy at the end of each day. I would definitely hire again.

Initially inquired with Kairos to turf my backyard, and during the conversation, I mentioned wanting to expand my current small deck, which looked terrible, and was essentially ground level. He simply asked, why don't I consider paving the area instead. I didn't even think about it at any level. He then explained the benefits and showed his vision. I was instantly sold. As things progressed, we ran into issues with the financing and was only able to commit to the paving, vs turf. The work that was done however transformed my backyard tremendously. It's a space I did not envision prior to meeting them. My only wish is that I was able to pursue the full project (incl. turf) with them. They did an amazing job.

Kevin and Jody were great. From the time I contacted them when I was looking for a contractor to the time the patio was completed, they were helpful, thorough, and very responsive. Kevin had great attention to detail when providing a quote for the work, and Jody helped me throughout the process of choosing materials and scheduling. They were communicative when scheduling the work, and completed the work on time and left me with a patio that I love!

Kevin and his crew did a great job installing two retaining walls on our property. It transformed the space, which not only looks great but also solved the soil erosion problem we were having. The price was very reasonable, and they completed the job in only three days. I would definitely recommend them.

They were excellent. They showed up on time and were great at communicating. They were helpful at helping us figure out what we could and couldn't do. They are very easy to work with and we would definitely recommend.

The overall experience was excellent. Their price was fair. They are busy but once committed, they show up when promised. All of their work are very artistic.
