Integrity Gutters

Everything went very smoothly. Wayne arrived on time to estimate the job. He made a couple of very helpful suggestions such as increasing the size of the downspouts on two corners of the house to speed up drainage. He delivered the estimate in a timely manner then arrived when he said he would to install them. I ended up giving him a B for the price since these gutters cost about 600 more than regular K style gutters. Im not sure if this was fair since i could not find anyone else who could give me a price to compare on facsia style gutters.

Wayne went the extra mile. Suggested a couple improvements such as a larger drain pipe on one side where more water was draining, removing rotted ends of beams and adding flashing where needed. Wayne and his son were a pleasure to work with.

Wayne and his team are the real deal. I absolutely recommend Integrity Gutters if you need some gutter repairs on your house. Services Performed: Wayne's team did a full replacement of the gross plastic gutters on the house we just purchased and installed new aluminum gutters. They also cleaned up the property and hauled away the old gutters. You couldn't even tell that the team was at the house, except for the nice new gutters. They were very respectful of our property. Customer Experience: The best part of our experience was Wayne's consultation. He was very transparent about what the work would cost and itemized the bill so that we could see what was a "need to have" vs. a "nice to have" repair. Wayne pointed out several areas where the current layout of the gutters could be improved to improve flow and decrease the potential for water damage to the siding. Wayne also managed to catch the root cause for a fascia board rot problem (lack of sufficient flashing) that we had in the front of the house - an item that our housing inspector and two roof specialists didn't catch during the closing process. When his team came to install the new gutters, they noticed that the flashing problem was more extensive than originally expected. Wayne called me right away to tell me that this would add an additional $345 to the original invoice. He had the team hold off on starting the project until I called him back, which I thought was very considerate (what if I didn't want to spend the extra $345?). Great work - would absolutely use again in the future (though we don't expect to have to!)

This company and the employees did a fabulous job. They arrived promptly when they said they would, left the area clean when they finished, and removed all garbage from the site. They were friendly, yet professional, and they listened to what we wanted done and then completed the job following those instructions. I would definitely refer this company to others.

Our roof was improperly constructed which caused a part of the roof line to miss the gutter and drip outside of the gutter. Wayne properly diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix which involved insertion of a small gutter piece and some flashing on the edge of the roof tiles. He order the colored gutter to match our roof tiles so the fix would not even be visible and the flashing was painted. The fixes are great and his team also fixed a leaky gutter in another area. We are very pleased and highly recommend Integrity Gutters.

The repaired my gutter that was falling off the house. They did the job and they did it well. They also brought to my attention that water was seeping behind the siding and this to me was above and beyond what was expected of him.

Good experience using Integrity Gutters. Wayne and his son did a fine job. Ask Wayne for his gutter recommendations as many home builders do a poor job of designing and installing the gutter system (overflow during heavy rains & sloped the wrong direction).

They were nice, friendly, professional and very quick. One guy did all the gutters in one day.

We needed to integrate a new roof area into gutter system. He evaluated area carefully and made suggestions on how to do the work. Completed it cheerfully and as planned.

Wayne responded quickly to my call. Checked out the problem the next day. Sent me an estimate the next day. Within 2 days we had arranged for the repairs to be done in a little over a week. I came home one evening and he had been in and out with little if any trace that he had completed the job. He did a great job from beginning to end.

Wayne and his son, Spencer, were wonderful! They carved out time to remove my old gutters so that I could paint the house and then install the new gutters without having to paint them. They showed up exactly on time/schedule and had the job done in under 2 days. The site was complete clean, and the house looks beautiful. Many thanks for a job well done!

During a recent wind storm a couple of existing gutters on my old house came loose. I had been wanting to replace them altogether for a long time, so I called Integrity Gutters to get a bid on both a basic repair and total replacement. Wayne (I think) came out the day that he said he would and collected all the measurements he needed to work up the bid. A couple days later I got a call with the estimate and I scheduled them to do the full replacement. We went over some specific logistics about us moving our cars out of the way (which we did) and exactly where they could pull power from to run their equipment. Since there was a good chance that no-one would be home while they were working, I gave them instructions on plugging in in the garage (unlocked) or using an outdoor outlet located inside my screened in porch (also unlocked). However this information did not get passed on to the crew that came to do the work. Instead they knocked on the door, and my girlfriend, (who luckily was home), let them run their extension cord through the front door and plug in our living room. This worked, but required her to leave the front door open the whole time and was totally unnecessary since there was power available outside. Aside from that one small miscue, they did an outstanding job. Spencer was the installer and he was friendly and personable every time I went out to chat with him. He worked hard all day Friday in the pouring rain and came back the next morning to finish the job. I felt bad for him having to work in the rain but he seemed to take it all in stride. I couldn?t believe that one guy working alone could hang these long 20+ foot sections without an assistant, but he did! The finished gutters really improve the look of the house, especially since they use a hidden hangar system to there are no exposed spike or screws to be seen.

Wayne and his son, Spencer, did a fine job. They showed up every morning, worked through the day and cleaned up after themselves. They finished the job in three days, right on schedule. Their workmanship was excellent. I went up on the roof to check on them after the recent windstorms/heavy rain and they are working perfectly. We highly recommend them.

called 9-9-2009 to get an estimate and talked to Wayne. Had to call back a week later asking about estimate, Wayne had been out to see work to be done but did not call back to give the estimate. We agreed on price and he said the work would be done the end of the next week, it needed to be dry for the repair. He never showed up never called. That was September, it is now Oct 27th ....

It went well. The workmen were great and the owner was great too. He even sent a Thank you note after I had paid my bill!

We bought our home 4 years ago with a brand-new roof and no gutters. The gutters were a condition of the sale, so the former owner did a slipshod job of it. Our gutters were too small, very difficult to clean, and not well placed. Wayne was one of three people who came out to do estimates. His was the lowest, and he was also able to do the work the soonest. He did them in one day, cleaned up after himself, and billed us afterward. We're very happy with his work.

I called to get an estimate to fix an overflowing gutter and talked to Wayne. He came out that day. He listened to me when I said I preferred to not install a downspout because of drainage issues. Wayne offered another solution of adjusting the slope of the existing gutter so that it would flow properly into the existing downspout. This is what my husband and I thought needed to be done to correct it. The tricky part was that the gutter had to be dry to do the repair. I called Wayne the day after the estimate to schedule the work. He said he'd call me back after he'd looked at the weather. I called him 9 days later because I hadn't heard anything from Wayne. He sent his sons out that day to make the repair. His sons had wanted to install a downspout but he was able to effectively communicate to them that they needed to just adjust the slope of the gutter. I felt I was in good hands when I talked to Wayne. He seemed knowledgeable and really listened.

The project went great. Wayne was great and they came when he said they would. They removed the old gutters and allowed me a couple of days to paint behind before installing the new gutters. The installation crew did a great job. I felt like the name "Integrity" gutters actually did describe their philosophy and I appreciated it!

Wayne was very pleasant to work with, extremely helpful, with a good eye for color in coming up with a nearly identical paint match for our existing colors from his standard color deck. He was willing to listen to us about some special quirks for the job, and not just tell us what we needed (we are both engineers who know a good bit about water flow, piping, etc.). He wasn't the quickest to get out here and give us a bid, of the 3 bids that we got, and he wasn't the least expensive. His manner and customer service are what sold us on his company. His guys (his sons did the actual work) were pretty much on time, and neat in their work. Two things weren't done properly. I spoke to Wayne 2 days after the 1 day project was complete, and he was out within 3 days to correct the 2 problems. 3 weeks after the work was done, the extension ladder they left here has still not been retrieved, but that's just a very minor annoyance (it's not in our way at all, in the backyard.) Recommend 'em!

I was a little surprised that I never received any direct contact, i.e. no phone call, no in person visit, no e-mail. The quote I received seemed high, but perhaps if I had heard first hand what was being offered, I might have felt differently.

They did a good job, but it did take a little longer to start the work than what they originally said. Once the job was scheduled, they showed up on time.

They were a little slow, but I told them that I wasn t in any hurry. I had to call him back in three weeks because he kind of forgot about me. I was kind of put on the back burner. Until it really rains hard I won t know how the quality of the work came out.

They were very courteous, pleasant, and did a good clean job.

He told me that I had leaf guard system and that I should call the manufacturer, since the clog is under warranty. He was really honest with me and didn't charge me; he told me that the other company should do the work for free for me. I appreciated his honesty, since he could have charged me hundreds to do work that I can get done for free.
