Description of Work: I called them at the end of August. They did call me back, but it was quite a few days later and they had to leave a message. When they did leave a message. I called them earlier this week, left a message with my information. I have not heard any more from them. I just wish they would have been more responsive to my calls.

Description of Work: We had all the gutters on our one story ranch house replaced. We also had gutters added to our chicken coop. Communication was a little lacking; we corresponded via email, and never pinpointed the schedule, but they came out and did the work and emailed us an invoice. The gutters look great though, and the price came in exactly where they quoted us. They didn't leave behind any garbage, and other than one damaged light (which they offered to replace), it was utterly perfect. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced all gutters and downspouts. |They were friendly and glad to explain what they were doing along the way. |They finished the work promised, on time, with minimal residual mess (I did find a few screws in the grass afterwards). A few screws missed their target eaves and split out the side, but overall is was a very good job.

Description of Work: 60yr old wood gutters from the original house build challenge no matter the condition for all providers. Integrity Gutters was the most clear in their service estimate, service scheduling, and communication. With the additional challenge of new and extensive landscaping around the house, Spencer did a great job of avoiding the new young plants and bushes near where HE wanted to do his job. Installation seemed to go smoothly, and replacement of fascia was more extensive than anticipated due to water-damage but, all repairs were made to fit within the budgeted estimate. Spencer took the time to explain his steps and concerns as he progressed in the job, and the fit and finish of his work was great. | |Clean-up and haul-away of the old wood gutters was done and complete by company owner Wayne, and both he and Spencer were professional, and polite. | |Great job.

 + 0 moreWayne is very knowledgeable and is easy to do business with. He showed up on time and finished the work on time. He knows what he is doing when it comes to gutters.
Description of Work: My gutters hadn't been cleaned for quite some time and even had tiny maples growing in them. Wayne cleaned them all out without leaving a mess. I also asked him to repair a gutter over my deck which hadn't been located correctly in the first place and was dripping water onto the deck. He made the repair in a highly satisfactory manner and the overall price for the gutter cleaning and gutter repair was very reasonable.

 + -1 moreI called on the Tuesday before Thansksgiving to request an estimate. Was told they would call me the next Tuesday to schedule an appointment. When I didn't hear from them by the next Monday, I called them back. The person that answered my call said that ''oh yeah, there are several (calls) we haven't got back to.'' There was no offer to get out to do the estimate. I told him that if they were too busy - just say it - as there were two other companies I was considering. He said that if I had other options - they were so busy that I should go that direction & that they couldn't even get to the job until sometime in January. It would have been nice if they had been upfront about this on my first call. We awarded our business to Sound Gutter and Roofing. They were not only fair and prompt, but they did a great job.
Description of Work: Requested estimate for gutter and downspout replacement on house and garage. Was referred to Integrity Gutters by Legacy Roofing.
