My wife and I were extremely happy with the whole process of our new fence. Marissa quoted us (multiple times as our project changed a couple of times) and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Alfredo, Alejandro, and Hernan were extremely hard workers and were wonderful with my kids while they watched each stage of the installation. Highly recommended!!!

They never contacted me. Neither did the others on this list. Very disappointing because I was ready to start in September!

Steve Taylor arrived promptly for the estimate and then sent the written ones when promised. Though his schedule was a month or two out, he was able to work in our "smaller job" within a week. Also arrived promptly as scheduled on the work day. The crew was efficient and got the job done in a few hours. Fence looks GREAT! Excellent work. When the rest of the fence needs replacing, I'd want to hire Cedar River!

Steve was very accommodating in scheduling his quote, and the work was scheduled quickly once we gave the go-ahead. The quality of the work was excellent. He and his team arrived promptly as scheduled each day, and worked hard in very difficult weather conditions. The fence looks great, and we are very pleased with the quality of the work and the value they provided. We did have a very difficult exchange at the end of the project. As neither my wife nor I were expecting to be home when the fence was completed, we had made arrangements to mail a check once we could inspect the completed work. The crew finished early, and Steve approached my wife about final payment. While he did give her an option to still mail the check, she felt pressured to pay him on the spot. There was a misunderstanding about what was said, and I wish that communication was clearer, or in writing so the situation could have been avoided. I would still recommend them, just be clear about payment expectations, and get agreements in writing.

Excellent work

It went really well. They did it in one day. There were three of them. Steve Taylor, the owner works with his crew and they did a real good job. They tore down the old fence and install new fence. I would recommend Cedar River Construction to anyone.
