Fantastic!!
Description of Work: We had a leaking pipe under the house and needed someone ASAP. These guys came out the same day even though they were quite busy. A guy named Dave did the work quickly. He was very friendly, kind and even sweet to my dog, who always barks at strangers. And I was so thrilled when I got the bill. I expected (due to being ripped off in the past), the bill to be two or three times the price. They seem like a very ethical company. I will definitely refer them.

Description of Work: changed some plumbing fixtures for a TI project at our auburn wa warehouse could not have been any more simple and clean. Within 24 hours our offices were flooded. During the work we called the owner to visit the job site to inspect the poor work being perform but he dismissed our request he was far too busy and far too important to address such a concern. Telling us all is fine. Their flood response team had all restrooms and kitchen areas out of order for a few days as their very large drying fans ran 24/7 and we tried to operate our business through this racket. Completely embarrassing fiasco and the worst people we've ever worked with. Do not know how they are still in business.

Description of Work: I cannot comment on their work as they did not show up. Our appointment was made and someone was to call between 2 - 5 p.m. At 4:20 I called them as I was concerned no one was going to come out. Spoke with a gentleman who said I would get a text from one of their workers. Did not receive a text nor a phone that day and the following day I have not heard from them either. Poor etiquette.

Excellent!
Description of Work: Laundry room flooded. We called Russell at Cahills and he arrived promptly at 8:30am and started to trouble shoot. The intake baffle to our septic tank was clogged. He unclogged it, which opened up the drain.

Didn't listen. Didn't do what was asked. Had to have someone re-do the job. Did not conduct himself in an acceptable or professional manner. I instructed the General to replace him. He was paid by the General Contractor and lumped in with all other plumbing costs. I don't know how much he was paid ultimately. Also just guessed at the exact date. I could look it up but I'm not so inclined.
Description of Work: Finish plumbed a bathroom stubbed in when the house was built in '68.

We have used Cahill Plumbing many times over the 25 years we have been in our home. They are family owned and have always provided great service at a reasonable price. This time it was for a total kitchen remodel and they did the work and it was another fine outcome.
Description of Work: Moved some plumbing for a total kitchen remodel. Replumbed sink and dishwasher and moved water line to new location for the ice maker/refrigerator.

They are an excellent company. I think they could’ve done better when they came out the last time. They have been wonderful people to work with, and have always been here right when we’ve needed them. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them.
Description of Work: We had last used Cahill's Plumbing and Heating to fix our sink when it got unadjusted. They are the ones who always come out and do any of our work. We have a 90-year-old house, and they have come out and replaced several of our fittings, sinks and so forth over the years. When it was flooding in the basement they were right here on the spot.

Cahill was professional and extremely helpful. They were prompt and skillful and worked diligently until the work was finished. They were a little pricey, but it was worth it. They did a spectacular job!
Description of Work: Cahill did complete new plumbing for my brand new master bathroom, including installing a toilet, double sink, steam sauna, shower and Jacuzzi tub.

THE HOT WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED PROMPTLY AND FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE DONE TO THE STRUCTURE OF THE HOME AND CLEAN UP WAS PERFORMED.
Description of Work: A NEW HOT WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED AND THE OLD ONE WAS TAKEN AWAY. THE HOT WATER HEATER WAS THE APPROPRIATE SIZE FOR THE HOME.
