They did a lousy job overall. The work was pretty shoddy. They first "cleaned" the deck and claimed they were done with that portion of the work, and we had to call them out twice more because of all the spots they missed (algae growing in spots, so pretty obvious they hadn't cleaned those areas). So, three trips so far just for what should have been done in one day. Next, the staining. The bid quote was for two coats of stain. Again, they said they were done, but we had over a dozen different spots on the deck where there was no stain at all. None. jWe could possibly understand missing a few spots, if there was just one coat, but they were paid to apply two coats. How do you miss the exact same spots twice? Plus, there were other areas where the workers had walked through the stain, and left permanent footprints. Also had large uneven spots, uneven application overall. We called the owner, and he came out to review, and agreed that the work was definitely sub-par. Sent out a person to fix the problems, and this time got most of them, but still have places on our deck/railing where they completely missed staining. At this point, we're going to do the touch-up/fixing ourselves, with the partial can of stain they left behind, since we have no faith they will ever get our job right. Overall, the job looks bad and uneven, like it's been a couple of years since the stain has been applied, not like it was just done. Also, be prepared for them to show up hours late, not the time they tell you they will be there. And lastly, the workers sat in their van for hours (easily 3 to 4 hours) the first day, doing nothing. They checked with us, put some of their equipment on our deck, and then went back to their van and sat. Maybe they were playing really good games on their cell phones or something, and couldn't be bothered to work. If you need to take time off work to be home for these workers, it's really annoying to see them waste your time (and their time and their company's time) doing nothing. And no, they hadn't sprayed anything on the deck and were waiting for it to soak in or anything.
Description of Work: We needed our large deck cleaned and re-stained.

Overall the house got painted. Experience level 2 1/2 years combined with team b. Sloppy work repeatedly had to point out missed spots. Trim painted sloppy and thin in areas. Had to reach out and follow up on progress multiple times. Not a professional company like stated on web. I understand that you run into issues at times but to do sloppy work and expect to get paid is another thing. They listened to my concerns but do they care I doubt it because it still looks bad in areas. They painted the body of house backed rolled with thick roller and smeared the paint and now it's looks bad they say that's due to finish type Satin no way it's only in area they painted to thick and try to cover by rolling it out. Bottom line is I wouldn't recommend them at all if you want a quality job done. I hope someone does research first before they hire I wish I did.

All-Brite came with a couple different recommendations from people that I knew that used them in the past and their bid was about average for the 3 or 4 companies that I had come out for a quote. They were timely, organized, and did a good job.
Description of Work: All-Brite painted the exterior of our house. They primed and painted everything and did all of the front trim work including decking and rails.

Coming from a friend's recommendation, I hired All-Brite Painting to reseal my chimney box. Typically, with the heat expansion and contraction of a chimney, cracks and failures can allow water damage to siding and interiors. When the painter, Ken, arrived I talked him through my concerns with making sure the siding around the chimney was water tight. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The painter did not have problem touching up a few areas, that I was not completely satisfied with.
Description of Work: After having a new sheet metal cap installed at the top of my chimney, I hired All-Brite to paint and reseal the entire two story chimney box.

Preparation and painting of house was poorly managed and performed. Required considerable monitoring and requests that work be corrected. Work performed by previous painters as part of the job was considered an additional charge with this company.

Charlie's crew did a fantastic job starting with meticulous prep work and an on-time professional finish. They stayed on the job until it was completed and were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
Description of Work: Stained a 2 Story, 2,500 square foot cedar sided house and front porch. Also painted trim.
