From our first contact with Alan with A. Sanders Construction LLC, it has been nothing but wonderful working with him and his team. He was so polite and got back to me right away. He also took his time to explain things to me on what would work best for our project. He was very knowledgeable and we were so happy we went with him. His direction with our project saved up from future issues with our electrical panel, including possible fire. His crew was great. They were very punctual, professional, and friendly. We were comfortable with them being in our home. They did a excellent job. We love our finished project. The crew also took great care in cleaning any mess or debris and left it clean. We will definitely use them again in the future. This company lives up to the name of specializing in satisfied customers.

Alan's team was punctual and personable. The job took four days, so I got to know them as friendly, hard-working, and very professional. I don't know about construction work, per se, but at the end of each day, it was obvious how well done the sub-structure was put together, and then, the decking. There was some "jig-sawing" in laying the decking around four river-rock pillars and planks were amazingly well cut to fit around rocks. Attention to detail was obvious throughout the whole project. When removing the existing metal railing to install stairs, some mortar flaked off one of the painted pillars. A worker not only touched it up with paint I had on hand, but did extra painting where some paint had peeled else where on the river-river pillars. He said, "No, problem! We want the whole project to look good." The worker prepped the extra areas where he touched up with care (scraped, wiped down, etc.) This was not part of the proposal. At the completion of the porch and stairs, my yard area was thoroughly cleaned up. The smallest of slivers were removed and sawdust swept up. My sidewalk was hosed off, as was the porch. The stairs was wiped down by hand. Lots of time was devoted to not "leaving a footprint." The finished product was better than I could have imagined. The front of my house looks fantastic!

Alan and his crew were all very pleasant to work with and were extremely responsive to requests. I was very pleased with the finished result and the shower was everything I could have wished for. The only hold up was the shower door and enclosure, due to an exceptional demand at the time, which was beyond Alan's control, but once they were ready, there was no more delay. I do have another bathroom I want to makeover and I shall have no hesitation in requesting an estimate from this Company.

Those guys are awesome the did the work about three month ago. They were excellent, the folks that were sent to do the work were polite, holy and well behaved. If they hire this guys to do some work there going to be very happy with the results.

It was very good. He was very easy to get a hold of. He also gave me a written estimate. My insurance company gave me an estimate of what they thought it was worth. A couple of other contractors were like double. He said he could do it for what the insurance company said. He was right in the ballpark. He was honest. I would use him again, and I have.

With a project of this size there are always some hiccups. When there was a problem with the size of the island cabinets the subcontractor refused to cooperate and Alan ate the cost to make it right. Through numerous (although minor) changes Alan was cooperative and professional. The only reason he did not get an A throughout was his crew was at times a little sloppy in their work and corrections needed to be made. He was always gracious and had a sincere desire to know about the problems so they would not be repeated in the future. I LOVE my new kitchen. In fact we will be using him for a bathroom remodel later this year.

We couldn't be happier with the work and outcome, and we can't say enough good words of commendation and gratitude for the EXELLENT work provided, even on a "last minute" request. We were on a time crunch and not only was the response immediate, but the outcome was exemplary! Thank you, thank you. It's companies, such as Sanders Construction, that hire people of such high moral and ethical caliber, that help make our nation a great U.S. of A.

Alan and his crew did an exemplary job of reconstructing a bathroom and walk-in closet after damage from a water leak. The work included vinyl flooring and underlayment, reinstallation of cabinets, drywall/texturing, carpet cleaning and painting. Coordination of the various trades worked like clockwork. The work was done promptly/on time, to a high standard and at a fair price. Following this work, I called Alan for a bid on a small bathroom remodel project. Alan. He came over and came back with an bid a couple days later. It seemed kind of high given the size of the project. There was a lot of the work I could have done myself so I asked him to itemize it for me. I was told that he was 'really busy and would do it when he could'. He never got back to me so, down to 3 stars... The previous work was good, but later communications were non-existent and the work was never done.

He was prompt, on time to the appointment, and answered every question I had. He was polite too.

Perfectly, every time, all the time.

It went extremely well. I just kept adding projects because the jobs were so well done. I would highly recommend him for any type of remodeling work.
