+ -1 moreWe picked up our key from their main office but were not told that they had tested the disposal using an extension cord because the outlet needed to be replaced. When we received the bill we discovered that we had been charged too much for a mediocre faucet and disposal and we were not called to discuss what faucet and disposal to install. This was a very disappointing experience and we will not use this company again.
Description of Work: We called this company to repair a loose kitchen faucet and check out a garbage disposal that would not turn on in one of our rental units.

+ -1 moreWhen ever we have a Plumbing problem we call Aaron, he has given us prompt and free estimates,along with a service date.
Description of Work: Aaron, has performed no less than three plumbing services for us. From simple snaking of the drains to more complex bathroom replumbing and changing of the main drain pipe to the sewer. He has been friendly yet profesional, timley and well priced. I will use him in the future and recommend him to others.

+ -1 moreAaron has done some snaking of drains for me on one occasion, and that went fairly well, but it was a quick job. He was nice, but a bit on the overly talkative side.
Description of Work: I put in a service order to have my water pressure pump reconfigured and updated. He said he would get back to me. I saw him a couple of months later and he said he was waiting to get the parts for the job, but he to wait until other customers paid him. It's now been a year and a half and he has not contacted me, and when he sees me around town he says that he's had a tough time getting the parts, etc. I would not recommend Aaron's Plumbing to anyone.
