Due to many problems my attorney filed a lawsuit against him for an overcharge amount of $70,312. Rather than defend the charges, he filed bankruptcy. That only showed his guilt. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone

It took 14 months to construct my house. He would not give me the bills to substantiate the charges on his statement, which forced me to see an attorney. After I got the bills, there were many issues that came up. I was billed for paint that was not even for my house. I was charged to have the Port-A-Potty that was dumped at the spec house. I was double charged for sales tax and overcharged for some materials. I was charged for materials that I had paid for myself. Switched back and forth between a fixed contract price and a time and materials contract. He made numerous errors in addition, subtraction, and multiplication. He charged me considerably over the budget amount for non-allowance materials. He charged me for tools that were not part of the fix contract price. The plaintiff filed lawsuit in the amount of $70,312.55 and the defendant filed for bankruptcy.
