System Pavers

Great! We had our kinks with working with neighbors and needs on both sides, but they were great! Responded and got the job done as needed.

The job went well. David was the worker and Christian was the project lead. Christian came out a few days early and reviewed the scope of the work with me and answered any questions I had. David worked extremely hard and took about a day to break up the concrete and remove it. The following three days were spent installing the paver stones. David was meticulous and very detailed oriented. I was very pleased with the result. He did a great job in cleaning up after the project;including washing off my entire driveway. He was also very careful not to harm any of the shrubbery near the work site. I called Christian during the process as I had questions/concerns and he would readily answer over the phone or come out to go over things. Very pleased with his responsiveness, especially with an electrical line that the house builder had put into the concrete stoop and was exposed during the concrete breakup procedure. He came by and we made a determination of what should be done about protecting the electrical circuit.

The System Pavers team were professional and courteous. I was in good hands from start to finish. I am extremely happy with the beautiful transformation of my yard and outside living area.

We worked with; Tamra the designer, Christian, the project manager and David, the main installer. All were exceptional in their quality of work and attention to detail. The work exceeded our expectations in every way. They were also willing to negotiate on price and the work done is a great value...

Do go over design not only with sales rep, project mgr, and project lead - go over it more than once. Ours as many do, change during the process. It is better to be ahead than have to change something after the fact. Don't have to many concerns with System Pavers, they are professional in the way the design planning, scheduling, and progress reports were handled. It is still best to monitor progress throughout the project and to be available to answer any question that may arise.

We had three bids for a 90 foot long retaining wall, and we also asked System Pavers for a bid on a patio space. Their office returned our web inquiry within minutes, and Chris, the salesman/designer was prompt, informative, and enthusiastic. He helped us design the space and had binders full of choices for pavers, blocks, patterns, and colors. It was obvious from the interaction with the office and Chris that System Pavers wanted the job. Our project manager, Jeff, was helpful and informative, explaining the process, answering questions and relaying choices and questions between us and the foreman, and was on site probably 7 or 8 out of the 11 days that the crew was working. Juan was our foreman and his crew worked long hours and took care to clean up the yard after all the demo required prior to installation as well as after the job was complete; the lawn looked fine after they were done, even though they had moved tons of blocks over it by nothing but wheelbarrows. Juan 'a artistry with the Pisa One retaining wall blocks and the patio pavers is amazing.

5 stars us what I give System Pavers! From start to finish I was so impressed with this company. I found them when they stopped by my mom?s house and left a business card. Everyone was so polite, from answering the phone, to meet the sales representative and the project manager, to the worker bees who did the job. The before and after transformed my stepping stones and river rocks into an even safe walkway. I would highly recommend System Pavers and look forward to using them for my next outdoor project. terrible - they contracted out a day labor team without informing us of that - the brick we choose did not work with our design which should have been apparent to them with guidance to something else - terrible workmanship - two years later one of the steps has been reglued 3 times and we've given up on having them come back out to repair again - two other thick steps cracked in the first year - the treatement to stop moss hasn't worked at all

The paver work fine - and looks great. The wall is a disaster. We choose a type of roughened brick that just does not work well with corners and we have three places were it is terrible. This was a design choice and the designer we worked with (Ozzie Lucca) should have suggested we use a different brick. Or they should have hired a different team that was experienced working with such textured bricks. Instead they finished the installation and left without getting us to review. We called them back because some of the work was totally unacceptable. On the second visit they made parts of the work better but cemented in a stone with an up arrow embossed in it (clearly not meant to be seen after installation) - at the most visible point in the wall. On the third visit I suggested a different fix technique which they used to get the wall about as good as it could be. At the other end of the wall it abuts a pillar for a light. Because the bricks are textured the abutment is not flush and light is visible through the joint. The stone cap on the pillar was left off until the electricians could come - two weeks later. When they arrived they said the light could not go on without the stone cap. Wait two weeks for that. However, the electricians did install the two lights we selected for the sides of our garage door - we reviewed pictures but not dimensions under suggestions from Ozzie. The lights were too large and too far down for the mounting points - another failure in the design process. Twice after the work was "completed" some weeks ago we noticed that different steps - these are about 1.5" in depth and 4" in length - had become un-cemented and loose. System Pavers came out twice to reset these. Two weeks ago I noticed that a set of about 5 bricks were never cemented down - these abut the wall of our garage where we have had leaks in the past (prior to this work). We emailed Ozzie and the crew manager Christian Englund about coming by to cement in the bricks - which I could literally push in with one finger - as well as remove the lights that were way too large. A week later we had still not received a response to several emails and I had to contact the regional manager. That email got a response from Christian and I am waiting for his arrival. Finally note - the work was done by a crew that was hired out for the day. This was never discussed and we assumed that System Pavers was going to do the work themselves.

We are very happy with the work that System pavers did and are enjoying our new backyard patio. From planning the details of the patio to the installation and cleanup the experience was professional and top quality.

What a hard working crew. We noted eleven hour days spent working with demolition, preparation and installation. Crews left the areas clean and safe at the end of their work day. Good communication between project manager and crew boss. We love the look of our updated spaces.

Prompt, clean, EXCELLENT product. All our neighbors have complimented us on how nice it looks. We are very happy with the work and the warranty.

Everyone was very professional. The man who did the work didn't know a lot of English so his supervisor checked in with me almost every day to be sure things were going as planned. The worker was very careful to make sure everything was right and worked long days. One day he worked from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. I would highly recommend him and also his supervisor. The patio is beautiful!

The sales person was less than complete in his detail drawing but the the contractor and work crew were able to resolve the issues as the project progress. I would definitely recommend these guys. They do great work.

Work was completed ahead of schedule. The work crew was on the job early and worked extremely hard everyday except Sunday. During initial excavation several unforeseen obstacles were quickly addressed and resolved. Detail work (bordering) was done over and above the plan drawing at no additional cost for improved appearance. Work crew was friendly and as unobtrusive as possible. Communication with the Project Manager was excellent. He made every effort to ensure that we were completely satisfied during the installation and after its completion.

I had such an amazing experience with System Pavers. From the very start, when I met a representative at a street fair, to the final walkthru, everyone was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Ozzy came to design my patio space and walked me through every option available. He answered all my questions and helped adjust my needs to fit my budget. He even knew about financing options that would help. Jeff, the project manager, was on top of the work being completed from the get-go. He was always in contact with me about start date (which had to be delayed) and completion, and walked me through a smooth installation. Juan and his crew installed a beautiful patio and their work was impeccable. They were non-intrusive and extremely patient with my 4 year old when she popped up on the work site. The work was excellent and they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I had a patio to last the ages. I could not be happier about the project, the final cost, and the warranty offered. I look forward to enjoying the backyard living space for years to come.

Jeff (Project Manager) and Juan (installer) were outstanding. Juan has superb craftsmanship and would I recommend him to anyone. Jeff took special care in removing the tags left by the utility locator service. He power washed it for over two hours to finally erase the paint. Thanks to Jeff and Juan, and to System Pavers. Second time I have used them and will repeat again for any future projects.

System Pavers was very good. They were a little pricey, but this is a good example of you get what you pay for. The original sales rep helped lay out the design, and offered suggestions on color of block, style, etc. The crew were fantastic, and the foreman, Jacob, was conscientious and good at communicating. There was a small error that they corrected with no complaint, and they were very fast. I thought it would take then a week, but they were done in three days. The final product looks so good, we've had neighbors stop and photograph the wall. We are planning on installing a large patio and paver project in the backyard, and you can be sure well be contacting this company.

Both stages went extremely well. We truly enjoyed planning the design with Wade Nelson. When it came to communication with the project managers they were always available and were constantly making sure everything was going as planned. They were easy to talk to, and they always took whatever time was needed to answer our questions and share the future plans so that we knew what to expect. The crews were very professional and respectful. Without exception they each exhibited high personal standards for their work. We were certainly surprised at how quickly each stage of the project was completed. We have been pleased with every aspect of our project - and constant enjoy seeing it each day.

This company is a class act. The term "above and beyond" comes to mind. The crew I had working on my project were absolutely amazing. They worked harder then I knew was humanly possible. They were respectful of the fact I have neighbors so they did not start at crazy hours in the morning. Every day when they left, they left the are better than when they arrived. Upon completion of the project, they even fixed my fence that had been broken for the 8 years I have lived there. If I had questions, or concerns, they were answered immediately. I was kept in the loop on any issues that came up and were always available for me to reach. My project was done in an impressive timeline and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is thinking of updating their backyard or driveway.

The project went very well. Michael was the job manager and showed great communication skills and professionalism. Super easy and pleasure guy to work with. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and happy customers. It is the busy season for construction so I was afraid there might be some interruptions in the scheduling. The crew was on site on time and stayed long days to get the project completed. They even worked a Saturday. This crew of guys were extremely hard working and I was impressed by there skills. We are very pleased with the outcome of our new and beautiful driveway and walkways. This project changed the whole look and feel of our home. So glad we did it!

From the first visit with System Pavers they were thorough and professional. They very much wanted to make sure I was happy with every decision, and that work was done to satisfaction. They completed the job in two days! I had huge boulders to remove from site - and a work crew of 3-4 were there to get the job done. The project manager, Jacob - was there before the job began to ensure we could proceed and checked in daily as well as after it was done for a very detailed final inspection. I now have an incredible entrance to my house! I can finally park out front and enjoy the view everyday when I come home. My young boys can walk up and down safely, and neighbors are super impressed! I fully recommend System Pavers for their professionalism, expertise in this area, flexibility in financing and overall end product.

It was like a home show. They came found out we wanted. Had many choices to chose from but there were examples that made our decision much easier. The work got done and the mess cleaned up. I have never really experienced anything like it. Flawless. Very professional, helpful and so very nice. Sorry I am not good with names but you know who you are. The young men who actually did the install very professional. I can't say one bad thing about this experience. And my husband and I love our new pavers. They even left a few for us incase of damage. I would highly recommend this company to my friends or any one looking to have this kind of work done. Many thanks.

They asked for a deposit to secure the work, stating it was necessary to reserve all the discounts they had applied for our project. The representative was very nice at the initial meeting and said they are very flexible as we finalize the design and scope. A day later we had an unexpected surprise (very positive one) that required us to delay the work for at least a year. We kindly asked for our deposit back (several times) over the course of a week. They finally conceded to provide a refund of the deposit, and that was well over a month ago. We recently reached out again to both the corporate office and our rep and have zero response. We would have worked with them in the future, but given their lack of response and pushy sales tactics I would never recommend dealing with this company. One positive result of this experience is that we have since found several other contractors who can perform the work for a little less money, but more importantly better customer service.
