Wow....Best Ever! Most thorough cleaning EVER! Zulma and her team of two arrived on time. Introduced me to the team who would be cleaning on a regular basis. Very professional. They mostly spoke spanish but understood english very well. They were very considerate of my pets in the house (1 cat and two dogs). No worries. They used very (Something I wasn't use to in the past house cleaning services). Seriously, this was the most amazing and best quality cleaning I have ever had. My prior house cleaners were not this good! Zulma showed the team what she wanted done, she will come back in a month or two to supervise and check the quality of the work done. Something most owner/operators don't do. In addition to vacuuming and dusting the house, they cleaned the inside windows of all rooms, glass on all picture frames, dusted all pictures on walls, the glass chandelier above the dining room. They were very careful. They also dusted all cobwebs in upper corners of the rooms, and dusted inside of all recessed canned lights in hallways. Vacuumed the rooms and moved all non-heavy furniture to get underneath, also vacuumed all sofa cushions top and underneath cushions (between sofa and cushions)...who thinks of that? They dusted and wiped all inside doors front and back. Also, they folded the toilet roll ends in all bathrooms to very cute folds (a rose) something you only see in 5 star hotels. Scrubbed the kitchen so it was the cleanest and shiniest I have ever seen! I was really impressed and very, very happy. I can't wait to see them again in two weeks....Zulma and her team is the real deal.. You won't be disappointed. I just started using them and hope this is the normal standard they do every time. I have been using Zuper Cleaning's services for the last several months for a regular monthly cleaning and I have been extremely satisfied. Zulma and her team are super efficient and do a great job each time they come. They are very thorough and pay attention to the small details. This was our second time utilizing Zuper Cleaning Services with the intention of retaining them for routine housecleaning. Prior to their first cleaning, Zulma Gausch came to the house to provide me with a bid. She arrived on time (a few minutes early even), was warm, courteous and professional. We conversed about services, expectations, budget and price and setup an initial cleaning which would be a more intensive "deep clean" compared to regular bi-monthly cleanings. Our first cleaning was as discussed--starting with professional courtesies (i.e.: she called ahead of time to let me know she was running late which I had no problem with); she listened and responded to my requests for order of cleaning (i.e.: start with the kitchen and bedrooms so I could access them when I got home before they were done cleaning); the cleaning was intensive (her and another employee, Vicki worked hard for 4 hrs); she asked me to inspect their work and let her know if they missed anything....and when I did have feedback in a few rooms she addressed the areas without making an issue/excuse out of it. Her second visit was consistent with the first (albeit shorter at 2 hrs since they had previously done the deep clean)--punctual, professional, courteous, warm and a sparkling clean house when I got home! Additionally, I appreciate her patience and sensibilities with my small children. Zuper Cleaning provides excellent housecleaning services, is very competitively priced and is a pleasure to do business with--I would highly recommend this company.

Zulma and her team always come on time with smile on their faces. If I call or e-mail, I get a response very promptly. Zulma is doing thorough job, and I have pretty high standards. She asks me to do the walk through and corrects/ re-cleans everything that I point out. There is very few things that are missed and usually this is dusting on the top shelves. Last time Zulma used scented baking soda on carpets, which I suspected might have caused rashes on the skin of my sun. I called Zulam and told her about my concern. She was back with her team in a hour and re-vacuumed all carpets and re-washed wooden floors. I though it was best quality service and very professional response from Zulma. Thank you!

The owner came to look. I have had a cleaning service before, but it was word of mouth, and I always needed to go around and 'finish' what they had done.This clean is still good. I'm expecting them this Monday.

Two cleaners arrive on time every time, work quickly and efficiently, and have a positive attitude. They really care about what they're doing and we have never had to ask them to re-do anything. The first cleaning took about 3 hours because they wanted to get the house in good shape, which included scrubbing dark stains from the grout in the master bath shower floor! It's a real pleasure to have such nice, cheerful people working for us. The price seems to be in line with what others are charging for similar amounts of work.

They arrived a little early, which was great. Then two ladies cleaned for four hours cleaning every room from top to bottom. When we came home to our house it looked fantastic. We are looking forward to having Zuper Clean on an ongoing basis.

This is actually the 3rd time I've had Zulma in to clean. The first time was a major detailed clean when she cleaned all the baseboards, window trim, cabinet fronts, cobwebs, lighting, etc. Each time she's here, my hardwood floors sparkle after she's done. I will have her back monthly for cleaning or any special cleaning that I need help on!

From the first, this has been a really good experience. I've never had a house cleaned, but my circumstances changed suddenly and now I will need weekly help. Steve and Zulma (the owners, Zulma also cleans) were friendly and accomodating. They responded to my inquiry quickly and started the job soon after. They did a wonderful job, my old house was in dire need and they made it shine. Then they came to my new house...wow! I came home after a long day and everything was just beautiful. I keep finding little touches where they went above and beyond by organizing a messy shelf or adding a curtain where I hadn't bought one yet. The house smelled great! I will continue to use this service, they are outstanding.

My husband and I were very pleased overall and will use the ZUPER cleaning services again in the future.
