They reframed the deck and replaced the deck surface, then replaced a roof beam, part of a soffett, and built up a new roof substructure for a new flat roof. They replaced exterior stairs, and side shingles in a number of impacted areas. It was multiple projects to get our 100 year old porch back in great shape. They finished off with painting around this project and all other trim around the house. The house is in great shape after all their efforts. Aaron's time estimates at different stages were right on. He and his crew were timely and easy to have around. We like their work quay and we'd work with them again."

"Ali and his team did really nice work installing 3 panes of glass, including a really odd sized piece. Even though the job was small they were able to come out quickly to take measurements and they gave me competitive pricing. Both Ali and his technician were communicative, prompt and helpful. I found one more pane of glass that needed replacing about a week after they originally came and got the same prompt, friendly, and professional service. When I told Ali I was trying to get my house on the market within the next week he went out of his way to expedite the glass and install it at no extra charge to me. They did great work and I'd definitely hire them again if I ever need more glass replacement."

"Everything from end-to-end was professional, patient and detailed. We had lots of time with sales and design to see our options. They guided us through decisions we didn’t even know we’d have to make. The whole house was immediately warmer and the installation was so smooth. (At least from our side. I hope the installers felt the same.) The installation team told us each day what they would be working on tomorrow and worked around a couple of tight and high areas with no issues. They took extra steps to protect the surrounding areas and provided great information about how it was going. They took time to save some special millwork around the front door on the inside that we weren’t sure could be saved. It looks great. Finally, the Milgard windows we chose are so crystal clear, it feels like I’ve moved to a different yard. So grateful for everything Lake Washington Windows and Doors provided for us. Window replacement costs between $180 and $410 per window, or an average of $280 per window. However, your specific replacement job could cost as little as $100 or as much as $750. Factors such as frame material, the number of windows you need, and the type of glass you order all impact the overall cost. For example, simple double-glazed windows will cost $3 to $6 per square foot, but the stronger tempered glass ranges from $12 to $14 per square foot.
