Description of Work: We purchased a water heater and a furnace from Washington Energy Services.

Description of Work: One of their salesmen came out to give us information on a new gas furnace. He immediately tried to steer us into buying a certain furnace and a heat pump without first explaining any of the other options. He would not give us a bottom line price but just kept telling us how much money we would save by installing a heat pump. When we kept insisting he give us the actual price not the monthly payment it turned out to be $17,400 and this included the $1500 tax credit. We have since received 4 other estimates and nothing has even come close to that amount. After this experience we would not call this company again.

Description of Work: WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT.

Description of Work: The company removed the old gutters on the front of our house. Unfortunately, they discovered some dry rot behind the gutters. They removed the old wood and replaced it with new, primed wood. The new gutters were then attatched to the new wood. The gutters look great, and they cleaned up after was completed.

Description of Work: Washington Energy Services gave us an estimate for a new furnace, HEPA filter and Heat Pump. I had to have a new breaker panel installed before the installation could begin after I contracted with them. They took care of the required permits, scheduled the inspections and the installation. The two installers arrived on time and worked all day until the installation was completed. Two electricians and an employee that cleaned our ducts also interacted with the installation process. The workmen cleaned up the work site before they left. All WES work passed inspection the first time. Amber, the Project Coordinator, kept in touch over the phone and guided us through the project.
