Description of Work: Installed tankless water heater. The overflow value had failed on the old water tank. Joe Hornyak was able to install the tankless water heater within a couple of days. Joe work shows that he is a perfectionist.

Description of Work: They replaced all my exterior windows, installed comprehensive insulation for attic and crawl space as well as installed ductless heat pump system.

Description of Work: Repair hot water tank. Excellent service!! They originally installed both this hot water tank & a new furnace some years ago. Excellent service then as well.

Description of Work: They came to do the evaluation, but left out some parts. They sent an estimate of cost to do the work i wanted done. I followed up with a couple of emails and then they disappeared. I never got any of the work done. I haven't felt like calling back because they did not follow through.

Description of Work: Gas water heater replacement - fast, professional, costs comparable to estimates from several providers. Very experienced with tricky venting.

Description of Work: Inspected plumbing features and advised me on their present status and expected life time. In doing this, he was very honest because I wanted to replace one toilet, and he explained to me in detail why it was not necessary to do so. In his expert opinion, only the kitchen sink faucet needed replacement. He will send me an estimate of how much this would cost.

Description of Work: the description of work on Angies list "big Deal" does not match the service that Whashington Energy service has on their Home plumbing inspection sheet. e.g. they do not test gas leaks (electronically testing) that was mentioned on description of the work on Angie's list "big Deal". they have not inspected water heater emergency gas shut-off valve to ensure safe operation that was mentioned on description of the work on Angie's list "big Deal".

Description of Work: Subcontractors installed gutters and gutter guards on whole house. I was pleased with their work (installation and cleanup. However, I was surprised that the provider subbed this work out. I was under the assumption that the provider would have in-house employees do the work. The subcontractors did an excellent job so, I am happy (why are they not on angie's list?)

Description of Work: His attitude toward the plumbing needs of my older home was so catastrophic it was overwhelming. Smaller positive suggestions would have been welcome. AD LEFT OUT IMPORTANT INFORMATION, ie only certain types of faucets were eligible for replacement.

Description of Work: These folks did an overview of my plumbing. I liked the price and the service. The guy was pleasant and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was the hard sell for future services at the end of the appointment. This is the second time this has happened with these folks. I know this is a big reason business people do this type of thing on Angie's list but I suggest letting their good work speak for itself.

Description of Work: We needed to run a gas line to our kitchen and took a few estimate. Most estimates ranged from 700-800. For some reason their estimate was $2000. I don't get the mark up so we did not use them.

Description of Work: Replaced my outdoor faucet and part of the copper line that ran into the garage. My options were explained and the replacement was completed in a timely manner and the quality is excellent. I'm very happy.

Description of Work: this service is done in two parts: first part os the analysis of enrgy usage and inspetion of the residence. This first part was very good. Second part is the follow up to explaining ways to be more energy efficient and (I'm guessing) sell us on repairss or other energy products. We never got together with the second meeting. three appointments were made, 2 of those had to be put off. The third one we could not do as we left town. WES was to email the reprot on suggetions.

Description of Work: Technician was very helpful in answering questions and focusing on areas I was most concerned about.

Description of Work: Performed an inspection of our home plumbing system in addition to completing some on site repairs which were identified. Crawlspace inspection was not completed even though it was listed as an inspection component. A written report much like what is generated following an energy audit would be useful.

Description of Work: Changed out the leaking outdoor faucet and inspected the plumbing of the house. What was needed was just the changing of faucet. The inspection was not necessary in this case. Perhaps in the future, the two issues could be separated and the price of changing the faucet could be lowered with the inspection as an option.

Description of Work: They performed a home energy audit. It included a blower door test, infrared camera scans, inspection of home energy systems and analysis. They prepared and presented a Home Performance Assessment audit report. They were thorough, knowledgeable and helpful.
