Description of Work: Annual furnace/heat pump maintenance. Service person was very thorough and explained everything. He thought the compressor might be failing, so he called his boss while he was still here. Between the two of them they determined there was not a problem after all. We will definitely continue to use them.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for whole house plumbing inspection for $49. It was a good deal. After the inspection, suggestion was to replace the water heater, and fix the toilet. I received an Email estimate on the same day. |Very speedy services. I would use them again.

Description of Work: The guys replaced our old water tank with an on-demand water heater. They were so professional. When they came out to do the estimate, there was absolutely no pressure. We received email pictures of the workers who were coming to the house so we could identify them. The job was done competently and professionally. There isn't enough I can say about this company. I would hire them again in a minute. You pay a little bit more but you get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Very professional - quote was very thorough, and the work was completed to a very high quality. Only very slight snag was that we were taken by surprise because on the day the work was completed, we thought it was just the electrical work (we had to have our panel upgraded), but in fact all the work was completed on that day. But it meant that it was all done very promptly, and we have been delighted with the ductless heat exchanger product that was installed.

Description of Work: Removed heat pump, contacted gas co. to start up service,installed gas furnace and central air conditioner. Recommendation to go with gas, a good idea not suggested by other companies. Problem was that employee who gave initial assessment gave bad information as to feasibility of installation.

Description of Work: Overall inspection of the house plumbing and water heater, however he only stuck his head down the crawl space access for a quick look. He didn't inspect the plumbing in the crawl space. He did spend extra time on our two hot water sources.
